๐Ÿ˜ My favourite market and groceries shop. Reasonable price, quality vege and seafood..... Now they even sell plants! However, there are some very rude staff. I don't like them. If they have name tags and employee numbers on their uniform, I will definitely report them. ๐Ÿ‘‰Bad experience 1 I always buy... People often mention staff, fresh, experience, customer, items, section, service, market, groceries, shop,

My favourite market and groceries shop. Reasonable price, quality vege and seafood..... Now they even sell plants! However, there are some very rude staff. I don't like them. If they have name tags and employee numbers on their uniform, I will definitely report them. ๐Ÿ‘‰Bad experience 1 I always buy a full trolley of groceries and vege...I have met one cashier and so called assistant, pushed my things, squeezed my vege, even threw my groceries just to make the scanning faster. They didn't bother I was not fast enough to put all those items in the trolley. Try imagine scanning...Dit dit dit... I have to race without checking what they scan. ๐Ÿ‘‰Bad experience 2 Staffs likes to gather around and chitchatting. Oh come on...they blocked the customers to pick the onions, sweet potatoes..... ๐Ÿ‘‰Bad experience 3 One staff who always arranges stock near the oil section likes to push away (it is farfar away!!!) Customers' trolley. I have been noticing him long enough... Those trolleys are not blocking him to work. However, he just likes to push them away and make customers to find their trolley.

This is a huge supermarket catering for both consumer and wholesale. Prices are pretty competitive, so depending on what you are looking for, some items are pretty cheap. Probably almost everything can be found here. Fruits, Vege, Dried food, supermarket stuff, frozen, canned etc...... Non halal shopping is separated.

Worse experience every time weโ€™re here. Avoid this outlet at all cost. Employees at the chicken section especially are extremely rude and ignorant. We could not reuse NSKโ€™s signature blue plastic bag as we did in other outlets i.e. NSK Cheras. It was upsetting. They tore out a new plastic bag and bagged the chicken fillet in two layers of plastic, although I reiterrated โ€œno plastic. No beg. Tak mau plastik. Plastik no. Plastik tak mau.โ€ Went to all the other employees with weighing scale. Non of them were willing to help. It was difficult for them to understand why I did not want new plastic bags. 1.5 years of reusing NSK blue bags. I am adamant to reuse them since it takes 10-20 years before it decomposes. Going back to NSK Cheras for kinder and more educated people.

Firstly, Iโ€™m a loyal customer of NSK. Just happened in this morning around 9.15am. This is the first time I had a bad experience with the staff. There are 2 staffs at the fruits weighting counter. 1 is local Malay chubby woman staff and another 1 is foreign women staff. When I approaching to the fruitโ€™s weighting counter, thereโ€™s a customer giving his fruits to the foreign staff to do weighting while the chubby Malay staff is talking with another staff wearing orange colour uniform. Then I go towards the Malay staff n put my fruits on the counter for her to do weighting. Guess what?! She was staring at me!! I can see how her impatient face even though she wearing a mask. Then, she ignore me n my fruits and straight walking out from the counter and continue talking with the staff at the pineapples section. If you unable to service the customer, you may tell the customer to go for another counter. Just talk nicely to the customer. Not staring at them and show your impatient face. Customer is not a beggar begging u to service them. Dear NSK, please give training to your staff. Remember, supermarket selling lower prices products doesnโ€™t mean the service provided is low too.

This is probably the best place to buy almost all your daily needs under one roof. It's always full of crowds. There's plenty of choices and different types seafood and vegetables here. As for the product price, vegetables are reasonably cheap. Seafood are average priced. Do be aware that there's different quality grade (freshness or size, priced accordingly) for the same type of fish or prawns. For the dry section, do check out the retail price first as not all are value buy with some items selling even more higher than other supermarkets. They also have a wholesale section that catered for business people who buy in bulk purchase.

Their business model of stocking up and replenishing fresh produce of fruits, vegetables, other perishables and live seafood and fresh water fish could be their winning formula because they are still expanding their hypermarket business whereas their competitors are either slowing down or consolidating. Truly when you enter their premises there is an air of vibrancy generated by their multitudes of goods on display that are always well stock and fresh looking. You can see the whole family coming to look for things. The air conditioning is working fine too because you don't feel warm stale air inside its premises giving customers reason linger longer to each other mutual benefits. They are mindful of a hassle free and shorter queue at check out counters. From the count of it, there about 30 of them which are manned most of time. Even, durians such as udang merah and 101 species are sold here but only at its peak season. There are also a variety of standalone businesses from clothing, foods and barbers etc under its roof. A winning combination for all. ๐Ÿ’ฏ๐Ÿ˜ Still teeming with shoppers, both householders and hawkers alike, busy going through big stack of fresh foods and produce for the best buy. Children also tagged along with their parents like some sort of a family outing. Still vibrant and busy with shoppers milling around for their best picks . The hypermarket was packed with CNY shoppers stocking up supplies and goodies to celebrate a covid free year of the Rabbit. Gong Xi Fa Cai. ๐Ÿ˜€๐Ÿค๐Ÿ™๐Ÿ˜ Still one of the leading hypermarkets in KL.

So stuck up, say if I want an answer, go complain downstairs! I have voice recording to prove! I was told all locals are off! Is that possible no locals in charge? I heard local ask him to approve something on the paper! Don't know how to read, can approve? What a joke!

This is a huge wholesale market for fresh vegetables, seafoods and meats. Many local folk come to shop for their grocery needs due to the cheap prices. There are 2 levels with the market place on the ground floor and Iโ€™m the upper floor are various small shops including a place to get haircuts, a tailor who mends clothes, a Mr. DIY, and assorted small shops selling clothes, shoes, and household items. The place tends to be very crowded. There is also a steamboat restaurant on the upper level.

A carnival and sales atmosphere. Sometimes competitively priced, sometimes not so. Buyers know your product pricing. Can be very crowded during the weekend towards the afternoon. Ample parking

Please change the details on Google. Not a 24h store. Took a RM20 grab just to drive here thinking it's still opened but already closed at 1am. Disappointed.

Had a bad experience with their service. Went there to get 5 keys duplicated a week ago. But only 1 was use able. When I called to inform n request for refund and after verification with his colleague I was told its possible. I told the staff that I will go the following week as its inconvenient to go again on the same day. Today I went and when he asked for receipt which I couldn't provide. He got upset. He assumed I was lying when I told him I didn't receive the receipt from the start. When he passed me the refund, there was no apology for the inconvenience caused but was shown a long face. To think that I would drive all the way to Kuchai Lama just to cheat them off RM19 made alot of sense!

You can get whatever you want there at reasonable prices. You can buy in whatever potions you want. The vegetables are fresh and the fish and other meats are also fresh. I have been there a few times and there is always a steady flow of customers. It a very popular place. It is a wet market as well as a supermarket where you can buy other groceries.

Big hypermarket + supplying(pemborong), almost everything can be found here(wet market goods, F&B ingredients & raw materials), some are really good deals though not everything cause other hypermarket could be better when having promotion as well. Lots of people & congested, if you like a clean environment this is not the place for you unless you don't mind. However for business bulk purchase say like few cartons of condensed milk, garlics, onions etc, then you should visit here.

Cashier unfriendly and bad service. Today came here shopping groceries. Then took some 3 blank unwanted boxes as thinking of spring cleaning to pack unwanted items to recycle. To my surprise when after payment RM6xx of my total bill on my groceries, the cashier told me the boxes cannot take. 1st time and the only time of my experience this hypermarket which not allow to take unwanted kotak kosong. I have no problem getting boxes from Giant, Lotus, Aeon Big.

Prices of goods are extremely reasonable. Thanks for that. However the management really need to look into replacing the chill water pipings for their cold room. From the looks of it, those insulated pipes are under-spec. A good insulated pipes should not have water condensation. In NSK Kuchai Lama, all overhead insulated pipes are heavily condensate leaving the floors immediate below it wet and rather hazardous to traffic. Please look into this.
