Didnt expect clinic can be that clean until I see tiz one. Came here for vaccine. Nurse very friendly, doctor is young, good looking Malay. He is very friendly and provided great service. Better than most of other rude/unfriendly doctor I hv seen. Thumbs up to the service 👍

Overall great experience. Downside I had to wait quite long, about 30mins for my turn though there was just one patient with Dr Rais. Also, the used-to-be parking for patient now become a public parking. Dr Rais was very friendly. Maybe that’s why he took a long time for one patient. Interior is very beautiful for a medical clinic. So calming. I will come back for treatment. But it would be nicer if there is a designated parking for patients and the waiting time is shorter. Also, make a follow up appointment reminder maybe one day before. That will help ya. Thank you and all the best!

Hands down, Remedine is the best clinic I've ever experienced in Malaysia. - The environment was clean and welcoming. - The staff was efficient and kind. - Dr.Wan was caring and professional. They also provide one (or more..?) designated parking spot so I really can't ask for more. Most importantly what the Dr prescribed worked wonder and the allergic reaction I had was cured in a day.

I was in close contact with a covid positive patient and have shown some symptoms, So I had Dr. Wan to come to my home for covid test and consultation. He is very nice, professional, patient and polite. Once he went back, I received the test result very fast, together with prescription, instructions and got medicine delivered at home. It was a really amazing experience!

Brought my son several times to see Dr Wan Afdzal, who is very experienced handling kids and good at making him comfortable. The clinic also very aesthetic and modern looking, giving you comfort vibes.

Love this clinic. The interior is clean and inviting without being overly sterile. Staffs are polite and Dr Wan Afdzal is pleasant and professional. They also answer enquiries on WhatsApp and encourage patients to follow up on WhatsApp should they have any issues during the course of treatment. I highly recommend Klinik Remedine.

I wanted to pen my experience with Remedine Clinic the longest time but only had the chance to do it today. 1) Dr Wan - attended me and my husband twice for Hajj and Influenza vaccinations, with detailed explanations. Very gentle and soft spoken with us. 2) Dr Sufian - attended me when i had lung infection and bad cough. Never have i ever felt composed and warmth during the 15mins consultation with Dr Sufian, he really took time to check and explain the cause, the meds and he listens to my health (including mental) issues. It was almost closing hours but Dr Sufian didn’t rush me at all. Thanks Remedine Clinic. You are my no.1 clinic in Taman Tun now.

Great services by Dr Wan Afdzal and Remedine Clinic. Very professional and highly recommended. I booked an appointment for home visit for my bed bound suffered from stroke mother and they cater everything from silicone catheter to lignocaine gel for the comfort of my mother. We're are very pleased with their services. Really saved us the trouble to book an ambulance just to do a simple check up. We truly thank them so much from the bottom of our heart. Will def be a regular from today on!

Very thorough explanation from both Dr Wan and Dr Rais at separate visits. Both are very attentive and listened carefully to our explanation. They even went extra mile to explain in detail regarding other treatments etc. definitely our family clinic!

Dr Wan Afdzal makes house calls. In my case to change the nose feeding tube of my bedridden sister who has stroke. He comes every 3-4 months to change the tube. He is very gentle and calm, reassures my sister it will not hurt and makes the procedure look easy. We all have confidence in him and I would not have any other doctor do the procedure. Thanks Dr. Wan! :)

I visited the clinic back in July 2023. I have been living long term in South East Asia and needed to get my "travel vaccines" updated. I found the clinic to be very professional and friendly. Dr Afdzal was very kind and gentle. If you are afraid of getting injections, I highly recommend Dr Afdzal as he put me at ease and was genuinely caring and very hygienic .

Very cosy clinic. Had a very good experience the two times I have been- here. It's not your typical clinic layout or services yet affordable. Dr Wan was very attentive, professional, warm, patience and provides sounds advice.

Went there merely because of Dr Afdzal, we met him years ago in Prince Court ER Dept. He is young, maybe some will say lack of experience, BUT as a doctor and as a person, he is compassionate, he listen to your every words, caring, and he will assist you in every ways he can. Clinic was good, not your average clinic. All the staff pun very nice & friendly and anticipating. Affordable even for a B40 families. The clinic is really well decorated. Very comfortable to wait here. Don't forget to take off your shoes when you enter. It is very clean and some areas are carpetted. Nurse was very kind and helpful. Doctor was very very good. He's not one of those antibiotic spammers (which 90% of Drs I have visited are). He'd rather me come back if I needed to which I appreciated a lot. Antibiotic resistance is a thing and most people don't realize how bad it is. Also, he is very respectful when having to do inspection. Attentive and good doctor. Also, very very reasonable charges. I was surprised at how reasonable it was considering the decor and location. Thanks for the great service. Will definitely visit here again if I get ill.

Excellent service. Dr Wan is well mannered, very humble and jovial. His explanation was very clear and thorough. The price is so reasonable. Not to forget, the staff there was very friendly and welcoming. Felt so comfortable while waiting to see the Dr. Keep up the great work and service!

My first experience of the Malaysian healthcare system and a clinic. Very professional, very nice staff And very clean. Dr wan Afdzal is extremely caring, competent -as far as I can judge- and explains extremely well. I wish French physicians would always treat us like this.

Very good clinic. One of the new age clinics that provides excellent customer service as well as great medical consultation, advise and treatment. I don’t want my son to get sick again ofcourse but if he does, this clinic will be my first choice.

I went here for my daughter . The servis was great , Dr Sufian was good handling kids . The cleanliness , tidiness , and ambience making us comfortable to be there . It was a great experience !

Dr Zufar took his time to address our concern on the treatment for Knee OA and made sure we were informed about the process. My mother felt immediate relief on both of her knees after the treatment. Kudos to Remedine in providing comfort care to their patients!

Probably my go to clinic in TTDI after this. Love the clean, warm and calming environment. Went here for a covid test - anxious enough to get meself swabbed, but it helps to have such a comfortable environment and friendly staff.

Great experience here. Came here for my annual vaccine shots. Staff are friendly and Doctor Wan is attentive towards his patients.

Firstly, the clinic assistant is friendly and very polite (something that is very rare to see in clinic/hospital). Second, the clinic interior is so cosy, chic and feels so “atas” that it made me worry its gonna burn a hole in my wallet but NO ! It cost pretty much the same as other clinic, if not cheaper ! Third, the doctor really listens to your concerns and doesnt rush you. I think its a really good modern clinic ! Keep it up !

We did our medical checkup here (both my husband and I) - the doctor and the clinic team are very kind and professional and made both of us at ease in every way. There's a report review after our medical check-up result is out; where both of us had series of Q&A regarding the numbers - we both think this is a very good session, Dr Wan is very knowledgeable and his explanation is easily understood; also the clinic is very clean and Zen-ly decorated; the environment is so relaxing with good books too!

First time coming here today, and was extremely pleased and satisfied with the service provided. I called before coming in, and it was prompt and easy to set an appointment. There is a reserved parking bay in front of the clinic for patients as well. Dr Wan is friendly and informative, and really helped to check and address my health concerns. The service here is great. Came here twice. One of it is for my sons treatment. Dr wan is such a compassionate doctor and very a patience doctor making sure that my son being treated carefully because my sons have some sort of condition. Great medical explanation too!! His staffs also very friendly. And love the fact that they provide parking for patients. So clean and very new look. And the price also cheaper comparing to some clinic in ttdi! Had my health screening done recently and am very pleased with the service received. Dr Wan is extremely kind and patient putting me at ease especially when I always face anxiety whenever blood is drawn from my veins. He also explains the results in detail which is helpful. Felt the warmth and sincerity from Dr Wan and it made my visit a very pleasant one.

I came here today and The service is very good , even Dr wan patiently and very compassionate explain to me about my wealth even though fever and flu , and the staff is very friendly.

I always call on Remediene for concierge visit. My dad can’t walk and it’s hard to bring him to the clinic. So everytime I call for help - Dr Wan and the team will be very accommodating. I rely on Dr Wan’s advice and he does took care of my parents. It ease my worries knowing he is just a phone call away. I value the service and would recommend it.
