Poor service! Lame speakers and songs !!!

It’s not worth the hype anymore for this place. Used to be Zouk. Good old times. Now it’s became this crowded club with overpriced bottles (750rm a bottle) covers 3 pax and bad music, really bad

Bad management and admin, booked the table then let other customers took over, funny thing was told manager doesn’t help, then staff request me and the customers that took my table to go out together to reception make changes. After 5mins I waited at my table, manager came to me ask what did i order, after another 5mins staff came to me ask me what did i ordered.

Go in after 30 seconds feel like want to go home and sleep

Entrance and Front desk epic fail. Not organize, mess job, staff weak attitude.

Not sure why our friends already took table and already inside the club we still need to queue. If already book but haven’t enter the club or walk-in need to queue I understand. The queue is not moving at all and wasted our time.

Purchase ticket for wukong event they say can’t last min take the ticket. They suggest me to come this sat which is today on 22/10 between 7-9pm. I arrived on 906pm, they ask me what are you coming for ? This kind of services ? The reception don’t even bother me and sit like I need to serve them. Already reached the destination then last min tell me need to wait BCs due to raining lol. If the ticket not yet come pls tell earlier on Instagram or any social media platform. What a horrible services

Overall have a good experience and bouncer does a very good service. Music is lit but the fire effect is very hot. Personally, not very like how the table arrangement is set up compare to other clubs.

The live performance is very good, the environment is big ,clean and comfortable, the price is reasonable and there are often different discounts, and more events, and the service attitude is good. There are many security watching in the parking lot very safety.
