Wonderfully curated dishes, perfect doneness, great service by the staff & could be better with more interaction from the kitchen team.

The entrance to enter is like the name of this restaurant. The experience started immediately you enter the restaurant, it was great to start the first course. The appetizer/main course and dessert was really good. Love the quality and freshness of the ingredients they served. Rated four stars meaning there is room for improvement. Looking forward to visit them again when they change the menu

Welcoming: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Atmosphere: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Customer service: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Food: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️+0.5 Beverage: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Value for Money: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Ease of parking: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Revisit: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ First of all, i would like to say that, i do really enjoyed the whole time having dinner over that restaurant, and i was surprise that the servant was waiting me outside the restaurant to welcome me. I was here to celebrate the birthday of my wife, and they were ready and well prepared in advanced with your name card printed and seat arranged. Secondly, they also will seek for your advise before the dinner, and understand if you have allergy, or any foot which you don’t want to have. The food there was really good, great experienced there and almost every chef will be out there to serve you the food, and provide you the explanation for each of their food design. One thing can be improve is, probably look more confident when explanations the food. One more thing can be improved is, the instruction from car park to the restaurant via WhatsApp can be clearer. This is never a complaint, but maybe something can be improved for people who isn’t familiar with the place.

What a lovely experience. Yes, it is a tad on the expensive side, but the food, the service, the atmosphere. The littlest attention of detail is given; even the plates the food is presented in are unique and bring the whole experience to another level. The first three dishes were well done. They showed the intention of the menu and the skill of the chef. The Kaya Toast was made with meringue, which was very creative (I also heard it took the chef 3 years to develop the right texture so it resembles bread). The Sea Urchin Dadinho, the crispy Sea Bream, were even better two of my favourite dishes for the night. I equally enjoyed their dry aged duck. That Percik sauce was amazing to me. I also extremely recommend the black cod with their house made XO sauce. It was a tad salty, but I believe local preference may be saltier than mine. The flavour is there, and they're great. For the desert, that coconut ice cream was nice, thick, and heavy (in a very fulfilling way). It was far and away the best desert of the night. In saying this, the rest of the dishes were wonderful. It was an excellent showcase of the thought behind the menu and the execution by the team. Well done, and I wish you all the very best. Tldr, pricey, but must try and no regrets. It's a special night to experience.

Very cool spot. Make a reservation and check it out. It’s a chefs table restaurant so everything is prepared in the kitchen but the guests can see what the chef and sous chef are doing. You get an envelope upon arrival at your seat with the menu inside and on the back is the name of the chef and the staff working there. There’s about 7-9 people there. Anyways , the food was delicious but it’s not cheap. You’re looking at 200-300 a person for a set menu. They serve many dishes like a5 wagyu and duck along with fresh sea urchin and 3 different desserts.

Easily one of the best fine dining experience in KL by far. Dish was well orchestrated, can tell many thoughts and effort are put into creating the dishes. Ingredients used are extremely fresh and high end. Initially thought the price are a bit on the higher side, but it was worth every penny. Thanks Chef Shaun, I will be back. Cheers

I enjoyed my dining experience here as I find the atmosphere comforting. Not only that, the staffs were all friendly and accommodative as well and I like how creative the food are as in how the different flavours are matched together giving you that burst of flavours in your mouth. Out of all the dishes for me the most memorable 1 is definitely the duck.

You enter Hide thru a piece of art, that’s when u know it’s about to get real. From the beginning till the end, each dish was simply sumptuous, creative and unorthodox. One of my favourite was the duck. Citrus duck jus was pure liquid gold. Amadai was out of the world. 4 different doneness on the salmon? 🤯🤯. Service was to notch coupled with sick playlist. Definitely one of the best restaurants I've had around the world.

Everything was amazing. Good service, good food, good s.o.p. Not a pretentious hyped up place with just good view but mediocre food, definitely not overrated. Loved that about Hide KL.

The service and atmosphere are good (as expected from any Ritz Carlton property). But food is okay. They make unnecessary effort to justify the price. The food is okay. But at that price point, it disappoints big time. There are plenty of options in KL that justify the price with food and service. Read all the good reviews and tried this place. But not again for sure.

An impressive fine dining restaurant run by a group of very young and talented team of chefs. At RM650++ per head for 12 courses with 3 complimentary small courses, we were brought into the fusion world of blending French cuisine with local flavours like begedil, Thai curry and Horkasai. Never knew that Horkasai is mix of Milo and coffee originated from Taping Perak. That's as local as you can get! Service is top notch as expected from such establishment. Their Michelin winning sommelier and restaurant manager, Ms. CY Yap, was exceptionally friendly sharing her intimate knowledge of the wines around the world. Always obliging in letting us try new wines. Well deserving Michelin Select 2024. Bravo!

We chose Hide following some good reports from friends. Firstly the booking process is a mess. Initially I tried to book a month and a half ahead, but was told the June booking had not opened yet. Then when it did open I was directed to the Funnow site, which didn't allow me to book. I advised the restaurant which sent me another link, which again didn't work. All the time I was asking them to book via WhatsApp, but all the time they said they couldn't. Finally they provided me a link which worked, but the payment site would not take my Malaysian card. Then I noticed that Visa Signature cards gave a 10% discount, so I used a non-Malaysian Visa Signature card to pay, and finally got my booking. What a hassle! Then I was advised that I would not get a discount because my card was not a Malaysian one. To be fair the restaurant did provide a complimentary course by way of apology. And the meal? Well it is a small restaurant, with minimalist (austere) decor. Aside from my wife and I there was another group of three, and the place lacked ambiance. The first course arrived and the dish was chipped so sent back for replacement. The white wine we ordered arrived at room temperature, and had to similarly be returned. From here on things got better. The plating of the dishes is exemplary. Great care is taken to turn each course into a mini work of art, and they are served in impeccable fashion. In particular the Sea Bream, Chawanmushi and Scallop courses were superb. However overall quite a number of courses are heavy, either because of ingredients or cooking method (fried), which meant that my wife was not able to finish the meal. Furthermore, having three desserts was at least one too many. So overall it is impressive, but with a little more attention to detail, and a better designed degustation menu, it could be great. Oh, and please sort out the booking.

Hidden behind a painting, a chef's table concept with Chef Shaun Ng (Alumni of Michelin 3 Stars Le Bernadin in NYC & Michelin 1 Star Kato of LA, so glad that Shaun decided to come back to MYS), dishing French execution with Asian elements in his tasting menu.. Each time, it gets better (Flavors, textures & ingredients) & I am excited to be back & to experience more! Keep up with the solid work, Hide team, cheers!

Such an amazing experience! Genuinely the artistry and thoughtfulness that went into every dish and the presentation goes along with their plates especially with the hand printed design plate were mindblowing experience. As the food goes along with recommended wines by the knowledgable service team (Mr.Lucas). Ambience were quite warm and welcoming by the chefs feels as you are at home. would definitely visit again!

Every dish was delightful and exquisite. Favourite for me, the scallop slice and arranged as though it was a rose. Torched slightly topped with caviar, shiso flower, shiso oil, finished in tomato dashi. Delicate and refreshing- just so scrumptious! Each course was well constructed and explained enthusiastically by chef Shaun & his team. Service was impeccable and were all delightful with their warm hospitality. We left full and satisfied.
