The resort was great and affordable staying for the weekend. The scenario is fantastic and they have a nice bar by the lake. The food is very delicious especially dinner. Me and my family are very appreciate the service from the staff and the resort cleanliness is perform. We had a good weekend stay in the hotel.

Very good place for team building. A lot of activities can be done here. There is a big lake with nice and natural scenery that you can enjoy the moment. Staff are helpful and friendly. Rooms are big. There is a pool in the rooms, can swim and play with kids.

I finally took some well deserved time off to explore other parts of Malaysia. My first destination was this lovely hotel in Gampang, Pahang. The drive was worth it and I was greeted warmly when I arrived. I was taken on a short tour of the grounds after checking in and the sound, sight and smell of nature was so welcoming. The rooms were really nice, tidy and inviting. I love my welcome fruit basket. I spent the next few days wondering the grounds. It was huge and walking everywhere to explore every nook and cranny was fun. The food is incredible. I really enjoyed my dining time here and walked away stuffed to my gills. Everyone was super friendly, warm and welcoming. I also enjoyed the afternoon tea (compliments of the hotel) and the local delicacies. There are bicycles as another mode of transport but I do enjoy walking around on my own.

Exceptional hospitality! No questions on how the resort received so many awards. We were warmly greeted since our first step within the vicinity all the way till the end of our stay. The food was all the way up on the higher standards, professionally prepared and presented. Mangala Spa, professional therapist, definitely can trust them to give the much needed treatment for our hard worked body. Plenty of space and various activities to choose from. Stayed here for my birthday in a villa over the lake. The villa was beautiful, well appointed, and serene. The resort setting is quiet and beautiful. The food was absolutely delicious. However what sets this place apart from other resorts is the incredible service. The service here was beyond five star! The spa experience was transcendent, and the setting unbelievable! The staff was unbelievably patient and kind with helping my husband set up a private birthday dinner for me. Best night of our month plus trip in Malaysia!

Location was close to where I am delivering the training. Away from the city centre yet had the necessary food places. Check in swift. Staff was very friendly & helpful. Willing to go out of their way to serve. Room was very nice. Bed was comfy and firm, with nice bed sheets (always a sign of nice bed). Shower was great - consistent warm water. Important after a long day of work.

Mangala has been one of my best place to go for a holiday The 2 bedroom Amani pool villa continues to be an amazing experience for the entire family. Modern, spacious and very comfortable. Very nice place, pretty garden and huge compound. Friendly crew will bring you around using a buggy. Quite many activities to do, archery, kayaking etc.. The staff are both attentive and friendly. Mangala will continue to be a staple in our travels for the future.

Very beautiful resorts. The scenery at there was very lovely and nice to me. The service I get the top-notch from them and I very like their bath tub was very huge that make me relax my days.the parking parking lot was safe and huge. the room is spacious and clean. The breakfast was very good and I very like go there again. I really like it.

Beautiful hotel with a breathtaking view. Our room was large, clean, and modern with a large balcony. Parking lot is secured and the staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. There are 2 large pools, a beautiful modern spa with an indoor complimentary pool, and a jacuzzi for a fee. There is a delicious restaurant with delicious risotto! The spa is well cared for and clean, as are the pools. The entire property is kept neat, the resort backs up right onto the beach with access to downtown Paracas. Would definitely stay again!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the ABC Resort. From the moment I arrived until the moment I checked out, I was so impressed with the incredible level of service and accommodations. Wonderful resort with a breathtaking view. Amazed with the greenery and the landscape. We stayed at Vana Villa. I cant really describe how much i love the room. Love the comfortable bed, the interior and the outside bath tub. A good place to stay if you're on honeymoon. My kids really love the place and i will come again soon.

If looking for privacy, peaceful escape this the right place. U are free to cycling around the resort , walk or jog. Its inside oil plantation area but enough facilities for short break. The villa with pool is spacious & so great to enjoy swimming anytime, reading book or sleep under shades. The chalet overlooking the lake also nice, nearer to walk to main area. Walking around the resort for fresh air or call for buggy. After breakfast can enjoy jakuzzi, main swimming pool & gym nearby.

A very tranquil and quiet resort hidden surrounded by nature and 🌴 estate. Service is good. Room condition is good. Just the linen of bed is a bit of kind smell which is I am not used to. Good place for simple joy, relax and healing. Will I return? Yes.

My hubby love this place so much for his birthday stayca. We enjoyed a lot. Love the natural view and bali style room. The only downside maybe on the bathroom shower head, no hot water and we had to get someone fix it in the late night. Glad that their response was prompt and sent technician within 10 mins. However water still small and not so hot even after repaired.. probably can look into this area and improved otherwise they are definitely 5 stars rating.

It was Mid week, we had the place to ourselves. Enjoyed the quietness, morning birds, late afternoon bike ride and the villa pool. Btw its our second visit, and belived more to come...

Very serene and calming place to be! Try to avoid the rainy season as you would not be able to do the activities within the resort. Or, yes you can just enjoy ur villas and do nothing. For Jala Villa, you can feed the fishes from ur balcony, enjoy the jacuzzi or their private pool. Dont need to leave the room.

If I get another opportunity to visit again, I will definitely return a few more times! Mangala is one of the best resorts that I have stayed! The property is huge, clean and nice. Service is top-notch from all departments. The Management is very generous with the amenities in the villas. You get good quality bathrooms essentials and soft drinks in the fridge are FREE.

Environment: nothing feel relaxing or comfortable. Architecture or interior: nothing impressive. Food: Less quality & not much selection. Service: Good but just with good services can’t help to boost my satisfaction. Conclusion: This resort is NOT worth the price of almost 3k comparing to other resort. I wouldn’t come again.

The resort and room was very cozy and clean, the staff is very friendly and warm. Only drawback was the food in the restaurant is bad. I’ve never had such a poor selection and horrible quality of food for the buffet breakfast-the chicken sausages were undercooked, the waffles were cold, the fried rice was tasteless etc. Probably won’t come back, unless they improve on the food quality. Thank goodness for the friendly and hospitable staff, else this might just be a 1 star rating.

I love this place! I love they have private pool for each villas so you can swim anytime you want. Not really recommend for family with grown up kids since the villas suitable for 2 adults. I guess this place gonna be good for honeymoon. And their breakfast sooo good! Soo many choices. Thank you for your hospitality. I hope I can come here again.

Great location, far away from the city to feel like you're in a private paradise, but not so far as to feel like you can't get wifi or convenience stores. The bungalow was the best experience, and the pool villas were amazing too (especially the wide bathtubs). If I had one thing to improve, it would be that the running water takes a while to get warm, and after a while becomes cold again. The food was pretty good for the most part, but the continental breakfast could use a bit more variety.

Just had a visit and I was quite disappointed with this 5 stars rating hotel. Pro: There were totally no house keeping before the check in: 1. The toilet with urine stain and bath tub was full of insects and dust. 2. Pool was so dirty and presented in yellow color. 3. Yellow stains on the pillows and bedsheets. 4. Limited choices with the overpriced breakfast buffet. Cond: 1. Friendly staff. The operation manager was so friendly and helpful. 2. I am immensely thankful to the restaurant chef Mr. David for making us the delightful vegetarian dishes. The presentation and the taste of the dishes was totally outstanding. 3. Quite and serene ambience. I'm expecting more with the 5 stars price but certainly it has failed me.

I stayed here for my short honeymoon since covid19 is still “ around us “ so only travel in Malaysia. I have read a lot of good review for this resort so I was expecting it to be good also for my honeymoon. Turn out the worst. We checked in around 3pm something for Jala Water Villa. I can’t remember which room number but I think it’s the first room of Jala Water Villa. When the first unlock the room, everything is good and I’m so happy since they great us nicely and got a lovely honeymoon deco even we don’t request it. After few hours turned on the aircond, it’s not the ac, it’s just feels like the fan only. Very very hot. I assumed it maybe we need to wait a little longer. At night we got ready for our dinner and got back to the room and guess what? STILL HOT! Doesn’t feel the aircond at all. We called the frontdesk and someone came and do the things and the aircond a bit cool. So we got ready for sleep around 10pm because it was a long tired day - yesterday was our reception day. Now ready for the worst part, past 12am the aircond suddenly came with loud sound and not cool anymore. Can you imagine very very hot at night because it feels like no aircond at all? The aircond is on but its like broken or i dont know it’s very noisy from the aircond and so hot. And it’s almost 1am still noisy and hot. My husband call the frontdesk and the guy tried to repair but he said he cannot repair this tonight since its late already. Yes its late already and i should be peacefully sleep!! But need to face this kind of situation on my honeymoon day?!! And THE GUY ASKED US TO MOVE TO ANOTHER ROOM AT 2 AM ARE SERIOUS?!!! No choice, had to moved to another cause the aircond in our room doesnt work anymore. I’m sorry but i never been feeling this sad. Since its our first staycation after married, turn to this. I never expect my honeymoon turn to this of kind of situation because i put hight expectations for this resort.

Was a good halfway stop from KL to tanjung jara . Surprisingly a well-tucked away gem . It’s just outside kuantan . So we could go into kuantan to eat our favourite foods without having to stay in kuantan . Stayed at the lakeside villas- enjoyed the nature, the cycling & walks . Haven’t had time to try the spa. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Picturesque lake views . Service was good . We didn’t eat there as the reviews on the food were not great so far We go back again & make it a base to go explore nearby places

I highly recommend this place and I personally think that this is one of the best resorts in Kuantan. The 5 star rating is showcased by the facilities and services. The private pools are secluded and offers upmost privacy. You can also rent a bicycle to ride around the area. The only downside is that there are limited places to eat nearby, but that being said there is a nearly shoplot with a few restaurants, and a TMG mart nearby as well. On Thursdays there's a night market not far from the resort.

My family and I went home with a smile when we checked out of this resort. Our Rooms are 5 stars, Clean, Spacious, Most Importantly Fragrant! Without exception, the service we received was very good and we were very satisfied. Of course, if I'm alone or with my family in the nearby area, there's no need to think twice, Mangala Resort & Spa will be my top choice!

A paradise build from abandoned barren mining land. The beautiful villas are occupied within a large expanse of palm plantation, exotic flower and herb gardens. There’s a lot of fruit trees and the tropical retreat ambiance feel so rejuvenating. Recommended for honey moon and people that want to experience nature.

Fell in love with this place. Eventhough the journey through the plantation wasn't that interesting for me, yet upon reaching here it just magical. It feels like your bungalow in the city is relocate somewhere within the nature. Its helps you to forget about the city for a moment till your holiday ends unfortunately. Unfortunately, our experience is very sobering. In the Amani Villa, they are directly connected to a door to the other guests next door, something I have never seen before except in family homes. We spent a weekend there with our two children. At the same time, a team event was taking place at a company with many employees. We felt like second-class guests right from the start, as the employees were obviously fully occupied with the team event. From Friday to Saturday evening there was such loud music on the premises that there was no question of relaxing. At lunch and dinner, popular dishes and drinks were not available and everything took an infinitely long time, especially on Friday and Saturday. Despite the great concept, there is no recommendation from us. For the money, you can have a vacation right on the beach just a few kilometers away in much better organized 5-star resorts. We really know better.
