I hope this karaoke can manage the attitude of the staff. I came here paid RM200+ to see her bad service. The mic couldn't even connect to the speaker, we let her set it up and treated it with a very bad attitude and close the door vry loud🙂 I’ll show her pic here hopefully can take some action ya.

Booking needed even on weekdays. The sound system is superb. Rm 22 per pax with 3 hours straight karaoke session. Also come with drinks. There are alot of foods selection.

Staff is impolite. The front desk employee on duty at 3:20 PM on May 6, 2023, was a chinese girl with long coloured hair who did not wear glasses. Please adjust your mood before you ready to work. Other staff all friendly compare to you. Latest Price: RM20 per person for 2 hour.(Holiday Price)

Staff is friendly and high efficiency, service is good, will help to check mic. The environment is very clean and beautiful, toilet is also very clean, always has tissue paper, and is in good condition. Nice place👍🏻

My fav karaoke place to go! The service is great. Compared to the other karaoke places that start with R 😂 aeon k11 is different from other k11. In term of songs library. The library is so much better. The sound system is great. Kalau karoke mmg x pegi tmpt lain da. Mmg sini je la. Besides the price is cheaper and u get to sing 3hours instead of 2.

Sound system is good and the place is clean and tidy

Not bad. The buffet was ok and the environment was clean. No smell of the smoke as compared to other outlets.

The staff were rude mostly that red hair girl. Amount of drink is not enough but the songs and the room are good.

If you are in Kuching, visiting, having a working day off, weekend, and you have passion in singing, or looking for a small get-together with a small circle of friends, you can consider this place. Good selection of songs, clean place. Personally I prefer on weekdays.
