My first time at this clinic, it was so bad and i'm very disappointed of the doctor who I don't know his name is..Such a rude and harsh person shouldn't treat his patient like that and be called as a doctor..He should not deny his patient by saying his patient is making up stories on their own sickness that they have.You ask why I come, then I said I am really in a bad migraine, you said I'm making up stories and doesn't have any proof.Then u just check up my sickness by knocking on my face, saying nothing's wrong.I wonder it was not my face that is sick..It was my head.You know HEAD?In just a few seconds, u sent me out and when i ask for sick leave, then u said that was the reason I came..Didn't even finish my words, u already said like that.How rude u are to your patient..Do u deserve to be called as a doctor?I came from my workplace bcoz I had migraine,I work for half a day restraining myself with migraine in my head.Then I ride my motorcycle to your clinic from Tabuan with those heavy rains pouring out, just to hear you say I'm making up stories about my sickness..I'm never going to come back to your clinic anymore if this is the treatment that I get.Not only u but ur staff also as rude as u are.Not recommended to go here unless you're desperate.Such a disgrace to the other doctors that I've met before. Tq for ur treatment .

Been seeing Dr. Tan for quite a while! My mum's favourite doctor! Brought my grandson recently for fever treatment and grate that I send him for consultation ! The doctor explained very detail! My grandson is back to his normal self again! Highly recommended!

I decided to came here after I read all the reviews and it turns out true! I love how the doctor consult me in a very calm way and so convincing. The staffs are also nice and I'm so comfortable. Experience doctor. The doctor is very sharp in finding out the cause of my illness. I have been treated efficiently and I have been recovered from my illness. Infact, the doctor whom I consulted is a specialist at Normah Hospital and yet he didn't incur specialist charges

Dr Tan and Dr Wong are very dedicated and friendly doctors. I went to a few clinics but cannot give me an accurate diagnosis and appropriate treatment. I have recovered fully after i have been treated in this clinic. Thus, Dr Tan didn't incur specialist charges in this clinic.

No Star for this woman Doctor. Arrogant and unfriendly. Very rough handling of injection and I had the worst painful jab in my whole life from this "old lady" doctor. Will never consult this clinic again if this woman doctor is around. Very disappointed. Note: I visited way back before Covid-19 surfaced. I went for a simple back waist sprain injection that I had it done by other Doctors throughout my teenage years until my 50's. Now I am close to 60's. Never had I experience such pain for an injection of any form. For my visit, it was a fast injection and no conversation ever happened with the lady doctor except for the nurse that attend to the service. Read your respond to those who had bad experience on their consultation.., your reply is only defensive and unprofessional. That's all I can say. For my visit, the incidence/story you mentioned never occurred. I just had a simple back sprain injection plus pain medication and that's all. I definitely yell in pain that I had never experience. You might had criticized the wrong person. Sad to mention.
