There is this FUNGAL smell in the room. Most rooms are without window and this was not mentioned at all...The fungal smell is not only in the room but along corridors on floors too...this is really bad and health hazard. I was in room 209.

Water heater not functional.Tv remote cannot be used..pls checked the room condition before new guest checkin..Front desks not friendly..thanks

Room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was clean and the shower was good. Close to airport and 24 hr concierge is useful

It is quite easy to locate the hotel. Quite clean and acceptable. The bed and pillows were ok. Nearby there's a shopping mall with a supermarket. You'll need a car to move around to nearby good places and more supermarkets.

A small room but yet comfy, enough space for prayer, have to ask for prayer mat and wifi password at the counter, close to 2 shopping complex, JPO and airport.

The rooms are ok for the price. Nothing fancy. Towels are provided but no toiletries. For just a basic stay it's fine. No kettle in the rooms but water dispensers with hot and cold water are provided on each floor. Stafss are friendly and pleasant.

If you need a hairdryer,remember to request from receptionist. Overall experience is well

Took the deluxe triple room. Very clean and spacewise is ok. Location is good.

The room was clean, and the staff were friendly especially the male ones. Location near IOI MALL, easy to find local food around hotel

Rooms is clean and simple. Free filter water machine along the walkway. Walking distance to IOI Mall. Got 24 hours mamak 2 shops aways from hotel. Wifi signal is good.

Small room but teasonable for the price paid. Clean room and well maintained hotel. Wifi is limited. Once youu exceed certain limit it will be off. The tv channel automatic off on early hours.

Clean and spacious family room and bathroom. Ample lit parking on street front. Friendly service. The cons are no room mini fridge or hot water. These are available via a water dispenser at the corridor nearby.

Not bad for a stay after party

I have an early flight the next day at Senai airport. Stay for 1 night only. A quiet mall just opposite with a few fast food eateries. Nearby hotel sells halal food at night. Good mattress.

The room was clean and good energy.Slept well.Staffs friendly and helpful. Convenient to go other places as well. Overall satisfied with the stay.

Service are so rude. Receptionist are so rude. Bed sheet and pillow cash are so dirty. Ask to change them ask for money. Change pillow case still found hair on it.
