I have been there in February. It's a very basic hotel with functioning facilities, good enough. For that value of money you can get a better accommodation else where. But what irks so much was the security guard (grumpy Malay old man) was very rude to me making my stay there very unpleasant. I hope the owner there can consider to sack him as that grumpy old man should just stay at home rather than being rude to the customers. Will not check-in there again.

I would give zero staff if that was possible. Probably the only star this hotel deserves is due to its nearby location to kulim mall. Apart from that the room is really small and feels like a motel more than a hotel. No hot heater in the room as advertised. When complaint was given, no actions were taken, they left me hanging without a reply and held my deposit even after I checked out in the morning. I had to call twice later on in the day for updates. Irresponsible staff and poorly managed by its boss who was not bothered to call and check on the complaint personally. Made me go through few sfaff that was working at different shift hours begging for updates. Staff not helpful, one of him was even rude too. Worst of all was there was cockroaches on the bed! Informed the receptionist staff but no reply nor any apologies for that. Please don't waste your time or have a bad experience of kulim by choosing this hotel. Not worth for the price.

Clean place but very basic. Make sure to take own toiletries

The water heater did not work and the sink was almost clogged. The smell of incense sticks/ joss sticks burning all over the floor every evening. It came from the room next to me. Luckily I stayed there only 2 days. Burning cigarettes fined RM200. Burning the joss stick, not listed.

Aircond old one not working. Due to warmness cant sleep and we chackin at 12am yet we request for late checkout and only late 10min they want to deduct RM50 frm deposit then RM30 and then RM15. They do bargain to get the money from us. I FEEL THE OWNER IS MONEY MINDED. FACILITY TERRIBLE. TRUST ME THEY WONT GET PROPER CUSTOMER BY ROBBING US. What a shame you do not check your room facility and comfy. IT IS TOTALLY NOT WORTH IT. I PAY RM172 for one night. Not worth at all. Prepare yourself to enter the mini owen. Im sorry your service is very bad and we explain cant sleep still you charge us without an apologize also charge us extra not worth it.

Nice location as located near a mall. Also got clinic, Petronas and banks nearby. During my stay, they did not accept cash for transactions over RM100. They also did not accept card payment due to unavailable terminal. However, they have online transfer as a method of payment.

I come for check in time at 2pm and i book 2 room and fully paid... But im waiting for room until 2.40pm there is no cleaning service and another family room aircond not function.... the management service was too bad... The staff did not take responsibility for customer ... The staff behave so rudely to customer

A budget hotel previously under tune hotel management. Unfortunately now they only accept cash payment. Clean room but the aircond was a bit noisy.

The man at night shift told there is no room available. But when we open Agoda, there is still room. Then we go to check in. Suddenly he said there still have room available 👎🏿 Room is fine for budget hotel. Suitable for a night. Thank you

room is comfy, price is affordable. location is nice, many nearby restaurants and supermarket BUT it's hard to find a parking AND you have to download a specific app just for the parking and have to PAY. the counter didn't even inform you during check in. the next morning i got a summon smh. pls improve the service
