Ordered a hot green tea latte in tumblr but end up getting an iced one. I'm in rush just now so don't have time to check the inside of the tumblr. After reached home only then I realized they made me a wrong order.

Same quality and price of coffee but dirty table, almost everytime and every table dirty.

I got the Apam Balik cake for takeaway and at first it tasted a bit soury, which is weird cuz it’s salted corn flavored cream. Then only I noticed that the cake already got some mold on the side. Seriously Starbucks?🙂

This is my 2nd visit to use wifi here with my computer, but I encounter most uncomfortable experience this time. As can see in the picture the table is so sticky, I did ask them to clean but they were assisting other customer at the moment, after that still nothing happen. From my end, I did clean using tissue still even my mouse can't move around smoothly with the table condition. As for wifi password I had to play puzzle for a while in order for me to able to connect (on my first visit). This time I have tried tons of combination, but heehhh. At the end I just gave up and using my hotspot instead.

I'm very confused whether this is a cafe or sauna. Apparently it feels like they do not turn on the air conditioning. Very bad experience.

Ordered from grab. Prawn and edemame linguine: Spicy and warm. Not bad. Can't really taste the edemame though. Prawn are small, dehydrated but adequate amount. Overall 3.5/5.

staffs are friendly, fast service. just that the wifi here doesn`t work. Cellular connection is poor here so I was trying to connect to the wifi but failed.

I ordered for less sugar, means average not too sweet and not too tasteless.. you know i got a tasteless one like 1/5 sugar inside the big cup .. i still remember her name who did my drink.. i paid 25 rm for this tasteless? Amani pls read this! You should train yourself well within a week on how to be a good barista

I am very disappointed with your service. I've said what menu I want but it doesn't match what I want. Asked for caramel upside down, but the caramel was not the same as what I asked for. Please learn from your mistakes. Thanks.

I ordered via Grab, by the it reached home the paper bag was torn plus it was a rainy day. Hold the bags with both hand plus an umbrella on my shoulder. Got stuck at the gate the next thing happened within split seconds and everything fall on the ground. Great!

Good place to hang out. But super hot during night time. Most heat coming from the spotlight.

I like to chill here bcs the ambience very ok.. kids friendly also..

We were very lucky at the time of our visit, we were entertained by a group of street busker. It was a great company while enjoying a nice and cold brew of frappucino at a blazing hot afternoon. The staffs were nice and helpful, much to our pleasure. This outlet is definitely a great addition to Kulim Central plaza, fulfilling the need of the people living in this up-and-coming town of Kulim.

Took too long to settle my wife's social media promo free drink claim. At the end, they could not even give us the drink.

They NEVER LISTEN TO YOU.. i always ask for half sugar,but they always IGNORE IT,then they will even argue that it was only 2 pump.and dirty tables,and ofcourse old pastries in this particular outlet.i wish coffee bean comes to Kulim 🤧

i always ordered your coffee thru grabfood. But this time i received 3/4 of the coffee which is not even full. I am so mad that i received less coffee than i usual get 😭

Bad service. Barista are not friendly. They forgot to prepared the order, almost 10 minute we need to ask other barista if our order was ready or not. They did not apologise or felt guilty when they know that they forgot our order. Actually I got a lot of bad experience everytime I go there. I hope they can change their attitude.
