Very
terrible
and
bad
motel
I
staying
so
far...
Very
bad
customer
service
including
the
manager,
named
as
Mr
Loo...
As
refer
to
the
previous
telecommunication,
one
of
their
workers
promised
me
that
me
and
my
family
can
check
in
the
room
after
3am
on
the
same
day
and
they
will
counted
as
1
day
for
me
until
the
next
day
(check
out
before
12pm
the
next
day)
and
they
will
counted
as
1
day
room
charges.
However,
today
once
back
from
prayer
after
12pm,
they
locked
the
room
doors
and
told
me
that
I
have
to
pay
another
day
charges
as
it
is
counted
as
2nd
day
after
12pm
today.
Is
totally
different
what
been
promised
and
all
the
staff
included
the
manager
told
me
that
this
is
the
miscommunication
in
between
and
they
push
the
mistake
on
customer
's
side.
I
check
out
directly
and
check
in
to
other
hotel
(Tune
Hotel)
which
is
better
than
this
motel.
All
my
payments
for
those
2
rooms
were
wasted
because
I
just
checked
in
at
4.30am
and
twist
the
statement
even
I
double
confirmed
with
their
staff,
but
ended
was
my
mistake.
Rude
and
unprofessional
handling
by
their
manager
just
to
conclude
all
was
customer's
fault.
Conclusions:
very
bad
hotel
and
not
suggested
for
staying.
