Spacious dining place. Welcoming staff. Clean and comfortable. They use online ordering system now; scan, browse the menu on your phone and place your order. Still, had to pay at the counter. Food, good as usual. First time tried the ice coffee and love it! So creamy.

If customer ask, as worker need to answer properly . You doesn't need to make fun of customer. Kamu nak perli customer tu kenapa? Melawak apa? Im unsatisfied with their behavior. They off the pizza hut early than estimate time.. when i ask they talking each other with by insulting me, do they think im deaf of I don't understand their language.

Good service . Staf so friendly especially service staf always help customers when customers don't know how to order with qr code. And I see service staf always help to open door when have family with baby

Very worst workers. I very disappointed with the workers. They haven't give my order. I literally waited 30 minutes for my chocolate moist cake and they didn't care about customers and they just wanna gossip. The worst experience I've ever had.

Food portion very small and taste no good

I have been there several times. The restaurant always full with flies, very uncomfortable and I wonder if the management ever done their work. They failed to maintain and control the quality of foods there. I always order the same menu when I go there which is Creamy Carbonara Spaghetti. The very first time being there, the menu is super delicious. The next time I went there, it is too salty. And the last time I being there, the spaghetti is watery and tasteless. Very disappointed.

Poor service.. come to dine in around 12:45pm… restaurant empty no customer.. waiting at table for 5 minute nobody come to take order. After order, wait again for 30 minute. The food still doesnt come.. last skali pergi kaunter minta tapau.. seriously 30 minute with no other customer… nasib baik makanan ok… say sorry pun tak

Terrible terrible service!! The waitress is very unorganized, very blur and we need to nudge them in order for them to process our order..Didnt follow queue. Customer that is behind me get their order done first. What a joke! Never ever come again

They have the most amazing service in Kulim Landmark Central,Kulim Kedah Especially Laila, she is the most helpful and humble person..throughout our dine-in there,she made everyone feel comfortable and helped every table explaining the new process.. she always wear a smile that make everyone happy. Please look for her when you are there..and @Pizza Hut Management,you should promote her We were there from 8.30pm - 9.30pm on 29/7 Please look into giving her appraisal .
