Please be honest with the photos on Hotel Booking apps.. completely different with the actual environment. Checked out 10mins after I checked in.

Budget hotel but not even providing basic stuff like toilet paper. Doors are very old, not very safe. The water heater doesnt even work. There is no water boiler in the room but somehow there are tea bags and coffee??? If you're looking for a place just to sleep sure but be careful because this is the bare minimum

It's just a budget hotel. Just suits to sleep. Don't expect anything other than that. Looks like the management is just surviving by maintaining the basic kinds of stuff but it's not the way if want to open to the public to stay.

Very very poor water system. Bathroom shower was very bad. Complained but no action taken

The room was really good and bed was in good condition too. Only issue was couldn't lock the bathroom door.

The check in time suppose to be 2pm. Even in their receipt showing 2pm but they never allowed us to check in and ask to come at 3pm.

Not recommended. Family room was quite dirty, dusty, smelly. Toiletries are incomplete and not enough (no toothpaste and toothbrush). The water heater in the bathroom works poorly. Can't sleep as too many footsteps can be heard from upstairs rooms.

Room has this distinct unplesant smell (accumulation of smoking in the room over the years ) and the pillows and sheets have maps all over. The room itself is large and comfy other than reason stated above.

Spacious room at great location, but a bit old.. Would like to suggest for improvement for better future. It has a great value & location. Great Improvement & maintainance are needed for great business turnover & better future..

Didnt expected pool for this budget hotel. Room was comfort, but wall was not sound proof at all. Can hear people chatting from outside and next room

Wifi signal very bad, totally cant use, they didnt expend the wifi coverage, room is large, bathroom need more concern

Dijemput untuk makan kenduri kahwin dekat sini. Surprisingly the place is nice. Didn't overnight here but got the chance to tour the place. Clean. Nice staff. Quite beautiful. Highly recommended.

Well since it have change to OYO I guess the service is not as it used to be . I used to stay here 6 years ago and a vast difference when I stayed there yesterday. Service should be improvised and more utility should be included in the room.

Averagely all fine. But oyo itself, hard to communicate to chat or call oyo personnel for quick query or immediate help, the robot response to contact the hotel instead. My issue is, during booking i put 3 guest checking in for extra mattress but the hotel part said will be extra charge rm20 for extra matress set if needed. So, i sleep on the floor then, so cold. Haha... Fantastic aircond unit. Very comfortable. Will go again.

The room was a big big also. But im not comfortable with their bathroom. Not that clean. Yellowish colour all over the bathroom. But those prefer some place to have a nap can prefer this with low budget.

Visited to booking the place for my son wedding ceremony buts have to cancelled it during Covid19 symstom....

I have attend for the Mobile Phone and CCTV Programme by MITRA and staying there for about 10 days. The service is quite dissatisfied. Because they didn't provide great furniture and the tv channels are really boring to us. The foods are really discusting. There's few participants get food poisoned because that day they made a burger with that sausage and that sausages is mostly raw and half cooked. And others foods are really oily and not healthy contained. I wish this hotel will be develop and change a lot so that many people will vacate. Anyways, thank you so much for they accomodations and some compliments.

All are goods. Big room. Clean. Good water supply. Aircond very well functioning. Quiet and nice place to stay. Got swimming pool. Staffs are friendly. Nearby kulim mall. Can be improved 1) room windows and bathroom window cannot be locked properly. Safety of the tenants have to be taken into consideration.

I had a very bad experience staying in yr hotel. First is abt the room. The blankets have not been changed. There are strands of hair all over the floor. The windows in the room and the bathroom are malfunctioned. Is not worth the money that I paid for. The worse is the noise from the upstairs room in the middle of the night. There are heavy footsteps walking up and down from around 1 am plus until around 4 am. We don't have a good night's sleep. I will never choose to stay there again.
