Bad shell out experience.. Pros. -Nice environment and staffs. -The garlic bread is nice. -The presentation is great too Cons -the seafood were not fresh at all. -seafood overcooked till the flesh shrunk. -the shellout were not warm at all. -most crab feet were hollow and the seashells too. -the sauce were too sweet (buttermilk & kam heong) and cant taste anything special. -overpriced considering the quantity and quality. -Mushroom soup is straight out off campbell box -Found a piece of rubber band in the soup which means poor quality control on their side. -Meatball tasted like store bought frozen meatball. I would not recommend this shop for the shellout experience.

I came alone on my bike but I already feel welcomed even before I step into the restaurant. The Manager Mr Azwan is working quite hard to make me feel comfortable most of the time. I ordered Fish n Chips and the portion is satisfying. Definitely will come back again with my family

Got one rude staff..when i refuse to change table because i dont want to sit in a crowded area inside due to i have a small kid, the said staff replied with a rude tone..saying they need to arrange table due to a big group of eleven people coming..i already told her friend i sat near outside because im afraid for the health of my son since covid is still around us (and btw my son just recovered from fever n flu) yet she came and kept asking me to change table..when i stood my ground not to change, the way she acted was very rude and spoil my mood dining here..the food was nice and i would recommended to others..but the attitude of your staff was really frustrating..u got big group coming, u guys need to manage without making other customer felt bad!

Come early to avoid crowd. Variety of food and drinks to choose. Popular with shellout and Alaskan crab dish. Waiting time is average. Ample space not too narrow with good dining environment. Outdoor seating is another choice. A tad pricey but good quality. Recommended.

This is one of the best western foods around Kulim. I always bring my family here to try nice dishes. I can say all the dishes were tasty and nice. This restaurant is also very comfortable and easy to find. I will definitely repeat it again. Good job.

Came here not knowing the pasar malam is nearby, but we had luck trying out this restaurant. The dishes we ordered, salted egg pasta and a noodle (can't remember the name) including the beverages all tasted delicious. Worth the price. Seafood so fresh. Will come again if I visit Kulim

The taste is good. But i feel a bit weird about that chicken. It should be hot from the inside but i feel hot on the surface only. Maybe they cook earlier to save time serving a customer. The taste is quite good but i am not accepting that kind of chicken. I can wait for hours if it may takes to grill that chicken but not re-heat that chicken. Because the important part in my order is that chicken grill. I'm so sorry about the picture that this picture was not mine. I take randomly from customer that review this dishes. I love how their staff entertain me, and also the environment is very good inside the shop.

The customer service is so good! They are very friendly and love to smile. Besides, the price is reasonable with the portion. I love the environment too — very calming. Recommended to bring your family or friends for celebrating any parties; especially birthday.

Quite spacious. Portions are medium, for the taste I would rate 7/10, not bad. The place is clean and the staffs are quite friendly too.

To be honest, western and shell out so Good!!!!! Taste is delicious , atmosphere is amazing and catchy, servers are so kind and helpfull, im really recomended to come here !!

Was told by some locals that this was the most popular spot there. Food wasn't great but not that its bad. Best thing for me to say is that the staff are friendly or rather 1 of them is extremely helpful

I have never been to any restaurant where you need to submit a form and pay first. Call me old school, I don't care, but I don't like this kind of service. It defeats the purpose of having a good time with your family. Other than that, food tastes good with big portions. Just a little salty to me.

The chicken grill very soft. Easy to cut. Fries, wedges, and chicken chop are overcooked

Totally nice experience fr us! The way they greet us and guide us till our food arrive. The staff so very kind, the food also good! The service also fast and clean! But the parking a bit hard to find, maybe because of night market I guess. Anyways we really love it!

This is my first time here. Varieties of food and drinks to order. Fast service. The staffs are friendly. Spagetti aglio oglio was good, the blackpepper sauce taste great. The seafoods are fresh. Price are reasonable with large portion. Overall, solid 4/5 rating. Surely will come again.

Food came a lot late. I have to wait more than 40 minutes for chicken chop fried rice. The staff then said the chicken flour batter is out of stock. They compensate us by serving fries while waiting for the chicken chop to get ready. I was a bit disappointed. They should inform us earlier so that maybe we could change to another menu that is available. Food overall was okay. Most of the customer ordered shellout which served quite fast than ala carte menu. Overall, I might not come back eating here again.

They have pay first then eat system. Tried butter milk shell out, taste a bit bland for me. Nice ambient and overall ok. Good place for dinner.

We had salmon set (rm25+) and it was tasty. Also had lobster (rm100+), loved it! The only thing is we do NOT like its ordering system. Their ordering system is write your choice, queue to pay, then eat. This method is good. What is not good is that when they got food panda orders they will (we saw) keyin those first so we diners have to wait longer, which is not fair imo. We waited more than 1 hour! The waiters were very friendly and kept apologizing 🤦‍♀️ we did suggest them to separate orders for dine in & food panda but not sure if they take our advise or not. I do recommend you to go try the food, its tasty 😋 but just bring your patience too 😅

I highly recommend eating here, the atmosphere is pleasant, it's easy to find a place and the workers are very nice, only the food is not hot even though it arrives quickly, but it's still the best and hopefully it will continue to improve.
