Zero service for return, most times they will only ignore us. Very bad customer service, or should I say no service at all. I would avoid at all cost.

Great selection of productd and a very good in-store experience with the helpdul staff. We especially liked the wide product range of strollers. Absolutely recommendable!

The shop is nice, big and has a lot of different options. We bought a cybex set for quite a bit of money. Everything was on stock which was important to us, since we did not have much time left. They told us it would arrive in 3-4 business days. As of now, a week later, nothing has even been sent out. It is a shame to spend this amount of money and to get assured a delivery date, but nobody is bothered to send the items. The customer service told me that it has been lost by DHL but the tracking link clearly shows that DHL has not received anything.

There's not any customer service. Some of the staff need some training on how to deal with customers. They seem a bit allergic to helping out. On the plus side, the lady at the register was very nice and they do have a lot of stuff.

webshop closed on sunday is annoying just make people who do not believe at least place their order and just work it trough the next day.

We understand that shop is close on sunday , but it is unnecessary to have that info appearing every 2 seconds on your website - It is like SPAM !!!!!!!!
