I stayed in this hotel as part of a tour package and have recommended to the tour operator not to use it again. The only positive I can give was that the bed was clean. The room was dusty, furniture out dated bathroom needed everything replacing. The electricity went off which is a regular occurance in Sri Lanka and no fault of the hotel, but this caused the pump to disfunction so we had no water in the bathroom. This was rectified but the water pressure was so low we could not shower. We were given a key for the bedroom next door but the bathroom facilities were just the same. Service not good and food not particularly good. Buffet dinner was cancelled due to lack of guests which ws understandable but we had to order food 2 hours in advance. I regularly review hotels and have never had to score a hotel so low

A very nice place with comfortable rooms. The staff were very friendly and ready to help. No rushed check out, we got our own time. The place has a very big and nice swimming pool. The view from the roof top terrace was so eye catching in the early mornings. The rooms are equiped with a small dining table which is very convenient. The site also had ample parking space. The wifi connections were superb. We had a nice vaccation out there. The place is really WORTH the price.

Stayed there for a night. lots of flaws were there. The washroom doors doesn't lock properly. There were issues with the fanlight in the washroom. food was mediocre. No salt or spice in it. Pool is terrible. especially the way it is located. This is a indoor pool. poorly designed. Lots of dirt in it. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Location is 3km from Anuradhapura town. When I visit no wi-fi also mobile 4G signal very weak inside room. Weekdays room rates are around 3000 Rs. Staff very friendly .

Staff are friendly. We ask for two roms, but It was terrible. Room’s wasn’t smelling good. Bathrooms are not in a good condition. But Hot water worked. Price is reasonable if the room conditions are at least on average. I’m not recommending this place.

Leni hotel is having lot of space to roam around with good maintenance. Function halls, good dining space is also available.

Located just 200 meters away from Mihintale Road and very close to Jaffna junction. Walking distance to Nuwarawewa. Easy access to the sacred place as well. Happy Leoni Hotel is one of the largest and well renowned hotels in Anuradhapura. There are 40 bedrooms,swimming pool, banquet hall, large garden available.Can accommodate more than 150 guests. Ideal place for company get-together, parties, weddings and other functions.

Had lunch here en route. Good clean tasty food, value for money. Would recommend. The staff were so helpful and courteous that they deserve a 5 star rating. Have given 3, on an over-all basis - ambience and layout included.

Cheap for tourists hotel, very expensive for the locals. There's also a buffet restaurant inside, not so clean. For the billI, they charge also 10% tip. It's nearby the main street to Anuradhapura. Usually the tourists are coming here with their local drivers.

First of all, I am an executive grader. I went there at around 10.20 pm tonight to find a room and the night manager's abusive speech and behavior are degrading. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Lovely food. My client was happy with food and service. I hope to visit again next time.

Dont be decieved by the pics. Toilet fittings need a refurbishment. Ac remotes dont work. Despite the prices being cheap, No maintenance whatsoever. Hotel pics on google looked appealing, but requires better maintenance and management.

amazing location , tasty local foods and very friendly staff. You can view the three great stupas ( Ruwanwalisaya, Mirisawatiya and Jethwanaramaya ) at 4th floor. The owner helped us lot in our family event and arranged dinner in 4th floor. So we had a great time with a great view.
