    I was suffering from lack of exercise and gaining weight due to alcohol. I decided to go here because I wanted to change my lifestyle but didn't want to go on a diet where I didn't eat. The trainer will be attentive to your concerns. I thought I would be advised to stop drinking, but no! ️He gives me detailed advice such as what to drink if I want to drink ☺️ He told me to take it slow and not rush, which is why I can continue without feeling pressured. Once a week, I feel more relaxed every time I train, so it's a good stimulus. In addition to training, I changed my eating habits, adjusted the amount of alcohol I drank, and tried to walk briskly to and from work, and I lost about 2. I have lost about 5 kg in a month. It seems like it's possible to continue going to the gym even after the course ends, so I've recently started thinking about making the gym my partner in life. Personally, I'm glad that there is a bicycle storage area. Furthermore, the shower is always cleaned after each use, so there are no traces of the previous shower, making it feel like you are using a hotel shower room. We have taken all precautions to prevent the spread of the coronavirus, and we have not passed each other once. I almost have it all to myself☺️If anyone is having trouble, I would definitely recommend that you consult with them. Overall, I think the quality is higher than any other gym ☺️ I'm excited to try cosmetic acupuncture once I lose weight ☺️✨

    身体の健康のために、通い始めました。お酒が好きなのと、外食ばかりの毎日だったのに、無理なく食事を指導していただき改善が出来ました。トレーニングはきつかったですが、お腹のポッコリも3ヶ月ですっきり。自分の身体を見直す良い機会になり、おかげでタバコも一緒にやめることができました。八幡トレーナーありがとうございます!

    Even though I had lost 11kg from 82kg before the coronavirus, I had gained back more than that, so I was taken care of here. I didn't feel as tired as I did at my previous personal gym, and to be honest, there were times when I was worried that I would actually lose weight. However, I believed in trainer Kuroda's words, ``I'll lose 15kg!'' and worked hard for three months as he said, and I was really moved when I achieved my goal. Not only have I lost weight, but I've also been able to continue exercising because I'm less tired! ! ! thank you very much! ! ! 1 share

    I lost 5 kg in about half a year! Although it included dietary restrictions, I was able to do my best with the trainer. At first, my goal was to develop an exercise habit, but along the way, I was able to change the quality and quantity of exercise at any time, just as I was aiming to lose weight, which was great because it was unique to a personal gym!

    Since everyone around me was going to the gym, I started going to a regular gym myself. However, I didn't know what to do and how to train, so I wasted my membership fee by the third month without seeing any results. There is also a male trainer here, so I have set goals with Mr. Kuroda and am still working with him. I learned firsthand that it is more efficient in terms of money and time to consult with a trainer you can trust. I want to narrow it down even more, so please continue to give me guidance!

    いわゆる、医療従事者です。コロナ禍で激務となり、運動量はほぼゼロにも関わらず、食事はインスタントばかり。これは良くない!と思いパーソナルジム探しに(笑)職業柄、レッスンの曜日や時間の固定がなく、手ぶらで利用できるのは本当に助かっています。さらに、中々、というかほぼ見かけない医療従事者キャンペーンまであるとは、、。見つけた時には、心が温まりました。烏丸駅からも近いので、コロナ禍が収まっても自分の健康の為に、通い続けたいと思っています。

    3ヶ月間、結婚式に向けて仕事をしながらも効率的に綺麗に絞りたくてお世話になりました! 四条駅からも近く、パーソナルジムにいない時間での食事のサポートや、自宅や仕事の休憩時間にできるトレーニングのアドバイスには本当に助けられました、、。 毎日意識して生活するようになったのでリバウンドもしてないです。本当にお世話になってよかったです!ありがとうございました!!

    最初は新婚旅行でビキニを着るために通い始めましたが、 トレーニングをするにつれて徐々に目標が上がっていき、今は腹筋を割ることを目標として置くようになりました。 無事に当初の目標は達成をし、 今は人生の楽しみとして筋トレと向き合えるようになりました!

    ヘビースモーカーです。自分のような方に届いてほしいと思い口コミさせて頂きます。口臭のせいでご飯がまずく感じるので、きちんとした食事はとっていませんでした。にも関わらずお腹が出ているのが気になり、四条烏丸からも近かったのでなんとなくこちらに。ニコチンの作用で内臓脂肪が溜まりに溜まっていたそうで、体重が低くても不格好に見えていたそうです。日々の食事指導のおかげもあり、あんなに出来なかった禁煙だけでなく、内臓脂肪も徐々に落とす事が出来ました。もっと早くお世話になりたかったの一言に尽きます。本当にありがとうございました。

    テニスを普段からしていたのですが、不注意でケガをしてしまい…。 身体の基礎作りからはじめようと、パーソナルジムを探していました。 ラシーヌさんは、根源から身体を変えていく土台作りをみっちりしていただき、疲れにくい身体になりました。 大袈裟かもしれませんが、ラシーヌさんのおかげで人生が救われました! 単に痩せる目的だけのパーソナルジムでなく、健康的な生活を送るためにこれからもお世話になります。

    娘の大学卒業式を控えた冬に、少し真剣な面持ちで、少し痩せてほしいと言われました。心優しい娘からの言葉は流石にショックでした。 以前旦那とジムに通っていましたが、会費と時間が無駄になっただけだったので、意を決して四条烏丸駅から近いこちらにお世話になりました。短期間で初めてのパーソナルジム、間に合うかなど色々不安でしたが、適格なアドバイスとトレーニングのおかげでなんとか娘の晴れ舞台に、自信を持って出席できました!本当にありがとうございました!

    I don't know about other gyms. I started going there because I liked the white and green interior, which didn't look like a gym. It makes sense to hear that a cosmetics manufacturer is doing this. My weight loss is probably less than my trainer's goal because I don't really restrict my diet. Even if I'm not good at exercise, I can help by adjusting the amount of exercise I do at the time. But I definitely feel like I'm gaining muscle because my daily activities are easier. I don't want to train hard, but I'm grateful that my goal is to build a foundation for my body. I wouldn't complain if the price was a little lower.

    Due to daily desk work, my muscle mass and basal metabolism are low, and even if I restrict my diet, I tend to rebound quickly. I wanted to not only build muscle through training, but also get a body that is less likely to gain weight by knowing what foods suit my constitution, so I decided on Racine, who conducts food allergy tests. As a result, I found out that there were some foods that didn't go well with me, and I was shocked to find that they all seemed familiar to me. I feel like my intestinal environment has improved a lot by cutting back on those things. It's been half a year since I started taking the 32-time plan once a week, and even though I've lost weight, my muscle mass and basal metabolism have steadily increased. I'm also happy to be able to measure my body once a month with a medical-grade body composition analyzer (I want one at home!!) and receive data that I can compare with past data. The trainer in charge of me was friendly and easy to talk to, and was very thorough in giving feedback and suggestions on things like diet, water intake, sleep patterns, etc., and the 50-minute session passed quickly, with a good amount of personal and small talk. I'll put it away. I'll do my best for another month.

    I started going there after getting married. Although I wanted to become thinner, I had never really tried to diet, so I learned from the basics, such as how to eat and how to do muscle training. Of course, there are some foods you should avoid, but as stated on the website, the content was basically about eating properly as you progressed, so I was able to get into the habit without any stress! When it comes to training, I am able to push myself while looking at the body parts I want to work on and my condition, so I was able to feel pretty good about my appearance and numbers before two months had passed, and I am happy that my clothes size has changed a lot. There are only a few sessions left, but I would like to continue working hard towards my goal!

    Now that I'm in my 30s, I've started to wonder how to go on a diet. Especially when it came to meals, I didn't know what to eat, and before I knew it, I had been on a ``no-eating diet'' for about a year, and I was completely exhausted. Even on days when I didn't have training, I was able to be positive about eating thanks to the nutritionist's dietary guidance on LINE. If this was the case, I should have helped you sooner. We look forward to continuing to help you achieve your ideal style!

    After giving birth, I gained more and more weight, so I decided to start going to the clinic. I had always hated exercise, but I was able to enjoy going for half a year. I think I had the most fun exercising in my life! When it came to meals, I was told not to worry about eating when I was traveling, so I was able to relieve my gas and improve my diet without overdoing it. I still want to lose some more weight, so I will continue to exercise and eat well! I'll do my best not to let you know that I've rebounded (lol)

    I've always lived a chubby life, but as I approached a milestone age, I decided to seriously try dieting, so I decided to take care of her. I was able to continue training without any pressure or stress because I was given guidance on how to eat and train to the best of my ability. The results have been good, and I can now buy clothes one size smaller than before, which makes fashionable even more fun 🙌🏻 It's thanks to my trainer that I can enjoy dieting, so I'm really grateful 💐
