😠 Incredibly falsely advertised! We chose this place based on the display food, the pancakes looked a good size and the “premium pancakes” looked even better. The prices seemed reasonable as well! We get seated and are told the “premium pancakes” are a lunch only menu item(we got there around 10:15am)... People often mention pancakes, breakfast, time,

Incredibly falsely advertised! We chose this place based on the display food, the pancakes looked a good size and the “premium pancakes” looked even better. The prices seemed reasonable as well! We get seated and are told the “premium pancakes” are a lunch only menu item(we got there around 10:15am)..so most of us get the plain pancake and drink set, one of us gets the curry and salad set. The pancakes were much much smaller than advertised, and they gave one small cup of syrup for two sets of pancakes, when we asked for a second syrup, assuming they just forgot the second one, they said “no that is for two” needless to say, they pancakes were dry. The drinks we got (iced coffee, iced milk tea, apple juice) tasted watered down. Like actual water had been added. The curry came but no salad, we brushed it off because we just wanted to leave at this point. When the bill came they still charged the salad curry combo price instead of the curry on its own price. We had this fixed at the register, but after the cashier had a somewhat lengthy conversation with our waitress about it. I am sure almost any other of the many restaurants near by will be more worth your time.

The first time I came here I was ok with it. Service was so so but no issue to note. We came back for breakfast and the service was quite rude. Pancakes were not nearly as pictured up front. I then ordered an egg sandwich which and it came with ketchup on it. I ordered egg sandwiches all throughout this trip to Japan and it never came with ketchup so I had no reason to assume that it would in this restaurant (it was not noted on the English menu. When I explained that I don’t like ketchup on my eggs to the server she told me that they can’t list the very single sauce on the menu. She refused to replace my dish. I was very disappointed.

Tried to order one parfait as a dessert to split between two people and was told we had to order two, which we did. While we were eating and talking at about 9:50 the staff showed up at our table and just said "cash please" and stood around waiting at our table for us to pay. We ordered in Japanese but he kept replying in English. Very rude. Lots of other similar shops in the station so just go somewhere else.

The music is weird, the menu looks like it has been illustrated by a kid...but i actually loved it! And i also loved their pancake / coffee set, which is harder to find in Japan as time flies.

food was alright but I expect more from a restaurant with a lot of people queueing. the drink was very very disappointing. I ordered the apple juice and I feel like 70% of the glass was ice and the ice melted and it became apple and water. I do not recommend the drinks.

Very unfriendly staff. Forced me to order something with a group of 5. was not hungry and threatened to kick me out. Avoid. Not japanese like in terms of manner and friendliness.

It’s rude and bad. I don’t know how to say my feeling. The staff miss our dish but didn’t say anything. They didn’t apologize. I never visit here again.

UPDATE: This cafe is now non-smoking. I’ve never actually been here but I walk past it every day and can smell the cigarette smoke creeping out of this cafe every time. This cafe is located inside a shopping/cafe/restaurants “street” and seems to be the only place within this mini-mall where smoking is allowed, so when walking past, the smoke can be smelt and it smells pretty bad. I really don’t know why this place is still here in such a prime location. Hopefully soon it won’t be.

Worst place I've eaten at in a long time, maybe ever. The food was NOTHING like the display: cloud pancakes were just regular pancakes and smaller than in the display and the brownie was the WORST I've EVER had in my entire life. Extremely overpriced too. I should've looked at the rating on here before stepping in.

Four visits for breakfast. We made this our home base for breakfast. We enjoyed the scrambled egg, toast and salad set so much. Nice friendly service too....
