😠 This is also a human way. The employees forgot the essence and got lost. Why use taxes to promote employment? It is true that job seekers are unemployed or semi-unemployed, and their ability to pay taxes is weak for the time being. Employees who earn salaries and pay taxes tend to look down on them... People often mention people, staff, charge,

As everyone has said, I think the level of staff is extremely low. I only consulted with them about recruiting, but I was really surprised at their lack of consideration. The response was simply to apply the requirements without assembling the content, and the answers to questions were only communicated by the higher-ups and did not come from the responders, so it felt like the process was proceeding without understanding the content or method. Even if you try to see the philosophy and content of the person in charge or supervisor on the homepage, you won't see it, and it feels like no one is appearing publicly. In such a situation, it may be inevitable that it will become desolate. Of course, each person has their own way of receiving it, and I don't want to be too harsh, but I wanted to write this as a target for everyone. There are some reviews that point out that only people with bad impressions are writing, but I myself have written several reviews of other places, but this is still the only place I have given one star, and in the first place. There is no smoke without fire. I feel like most of the posts on Google are good posts when they like something.

For better or worse, it depends on the recipient. It's true that, as others have said, it's actually a low-level worldview, but I'm sure there are some highly capable employees among them. It's okay to play roulette and leave it to chance, but if you don't like it even a little, you can just say, ``I want you to change the person in charge.'' Matching here is an important turning point in the future for both job seekers and companies, so I don't think there is any need to hold back even at the consultation stage. Let's make more and more claims to achieve a good match.

The level of staff is shockingly low. A middle-aged male employee wondered how many times faster it would have been if he had researched it on the internet himself. They asked me what kind of job I wanted, and I said I wanted a job like clerical work or where I could use English, but all the job postings I received were for completely unrelated jobs. I don't feel like talking at all. After just staring at the computer for a long time, I got tired of waiting, so I said I would look for it myself and went home. I think most people will waste their time even if they come.

Even when I go to career counseling to get job introductions, I get a sneer and don't get introduced easily. At the end of the day, an elderly employee with crippled arms and legs was told to find a job as soon as possible. It was really unpleasant. Then, I read money books and saw the content that tells me not to work, and I earn money. These employees were so annoying that if they were in a position above them, they might have committed power harassment.

    対応してくれた人は話は長いし、要点まとまってないし、質問に答えようとしたら全てを否定して答えさせてくれない。 イライラしない為の修行をさせられた気分でした。

When I was looking for a job, I was so kind and polite when I talked about my concerns, such as how to use a computer💻️, and they listened and I was able to find a job. After all, they spared no time in responding to me as if they were my own. You can park your bicycle only❗️🎵

As per the person who gave it 1 star. As you can tell by talking to each staff member during job counseling, Nishijin Hello Work has uneven attitudes and responses depending on the staff member. If you win, the staff will be kind and polite, but if you lose, the staff will have a bad attitude and say rough and harsh things, which will lower your motivation. Different people feel it differently, and older employees are all different, so if you feel uncomfortable during job counseling, it would be better to ask for a new employee or go to another branch such as Hello Work Karasuma Oike.

This is also a human way. The employees forgot the essence and got lost. Why use taxes to promote employment? It is true that job seekers are unemployed or semi-unemployed, and their ability to pay taxes is weak for the time being. Employees who earn salaries and pay taxes tend to look down on them and think that they are not contributing more to society than they are. However, these people should be able to find good jobs, work hard, and once they are stable, start families or become independent, and become indispensable for economic development through tax payments and consumption. They should have understood the essence of this, but for some reason, the current situation of the staff at this facility is disastrous, and they don't seem to have any intention of helping. I can see a glimpse of this facility becoming a constant, like a disease. It seems like no one is taking the initiative to make improvements. The employees need to go back to their basics and remember why they are doing this work at this facility with tax dollars. I sincerely hope that this bad situation will be corrected as soon as possible, and that as many people as possible can find good jobs and find happiness. Place your hands together

I went to Hello Work for the first time...! When I checked the reviews here just before going, I was worried because the ratings were so low... Even after arriving, I didn't know what to do, but they kindly guided me around. The person who was in charge of me was like a professional in charge of young people, and he listened to me very kindly and cheerfully, and also introduced me to jobs that matched my conditions, which was very helpful ✨I'm currently considering where to work. is! People who have a bad impression tend to write reviews. I don't know the other people in charge either, so I can't give you a 100% guarantee. However, there are definitely wonderful people in charge. I am writing this because I want those who are planning to go there to know about this☺️
