It was our second time staying at this B&B and I would not hesitate reserving there again. Both Toni and Marie José are superb hosts. The breakfasts are excellent (all ingredients served are fresh and superbly presented). The location is ideal, a twenty minute walk to the ferry that brings you right into Old Quebec.

Where to start? The bnb itself is a gorgeous house, rife with history, culture, and an ambiance of luxury. The rooms are outfitted with everything one could need, from bathrobes and hygiene products, to high quality sheets and and a plethora of cloud-like pillows. Old paintings adore the walls, adding that extra feeling of traveling back in time. The main hall, dining room, and lounge are welcoming and cozy. The space could not be made more comfortable than it currently is. If you like to read, they have you covered. A floor to ceiling bookcase stands tall, inviting you to pull a cracked-spine book off the shelf and dive in. Beyond the beauty and elegance of the house itself, the hosts are ten times as hospitable. Tony and his family have created such a personal and friendly experience that it feels as if you are simply visiting friends. It's hard to explain all the small things someone can do to make you feel so welcomed...so I will let you experience it for yourself when you are here ;). It's important to note that while all of these things contribute to a wonderful stay, what really puts this BnB on top is the breakfast. A gourmet, three course breakfast awaits you each morning. I was blown away by how impressive, and tasty, the food was. Truly world class. Location wise, you are only a short walk from the ferry terminal to old quebec. It couldn't be better situated. I wish we had more time to spend here, not only to share some laughs with the hosts, eat more breakfasts, to see more of the old city, but to maybe gain just a bit more French so that I can rave about this BnB in two languages, instead of one. If you are looking for the perfect stay in Quebec, you've found it.

We took the ferry from Quebec City. B&B was great, bed comfortable, room dark, breakfast was amazing. Our hosts were friendly and professional. I recommend anyone to stay here.

What a delight! We booked a one night stay en route from Bathurst NB to Ottawa. Tony is a superb host, and a fantastic cook! The house is a 100 yr old gem, with gorgeous detail, original floors and unique windows. The rooms are all beautiful and full of character. It's very quiet and peaceful. Our breakfast was divine. When Tony offers you homemade sorbet for a fresh treat at the end of the meal; take it! Lol The previous evening we had walked down the hill and along the river. The old walled city is across the St Lawrence, lit up and gorgeous. There is a well lit set of stairs to get you back up the embankment. Would definitely book this B&B again. Thank you Tony

My husband and I just recently spent our stay for our 10th anniversary. There are no words to describe our stay except that it felt like we got the “Royal treatment” especially with the top quality, three course breakfast that is cooked by Tony (owner) every morning of our stay. The surroundings are absolutely romantic, with beautiful antique touches everywhere. The Ferry which takes you to the beautifully designed old city of Quebec is not far. If you love antiques, there are a few stores nearby within walking distance. Overall, we were highly pleased and loved our stay at Le Plumard Colette et Café. Merci beaucoup Tony and to your lovely wife for your outstanding service and attention!

We had a wonderful one night stay. Our room was clean, well-decorated, and comfortable and the owners were thoughtful and welcoming. We enjoyed strolling around Levis in the evening and visiting Quebec City by the nearby ferry.

My husband and I stayed in the studio room for 2 nights over a recent long weekend to visit Quebec City. They were very accommodating of our late arrival and were very friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. The location is close to the ferry, which is very convenient to get into the city.

Everything about this place was lovely! Very welcoming and charming atmosphere and people. The decorations and style of the house is very detail oriented and pleasant to look at. The room, salon, and dinning area are very cozy. It is in a great area too because it is surrounded by many restaurants and close to the ferry to go to Quebec City. My significant other and I stayed in the suite with the bath, and it was very romantic and comfortable. The view of Quebec City from the window was very enjoyable to look at in the morning and late at night. Overall, very pleasant experience and we hope to come again soon! Thank you for welcoming us!

A superb B&B - I've stayed at many B&B's and this is number one on the list. Anne and Andre are wonderful, accommodating hosts. The home is absolutely gorgeous and the room was beautiful with a comfy bed and a very well stocked bathroom. Breakfast was outstanding - imagine - appetizer, main course and dessert for breakfast. I will definitely return!!!

Le Plumard Couette & Café is a beautiful hidden gem in Levis and I’m so glad to have discovered it this weekend! Old world charm coupled with exquisite service + food make this bed & breakfast a step above the rest. Thank you (un gros merci!) Marie-Jo & Tony for being such gracious hosts. It was your attention to detail that made our weekend getaway extra special. GOURMET FOOD EXPERIENCE: there are just no words to describe how excellent our breakfasts were here! The in-house specialty is a MUST: a poached, breaded then fried egg is served on top of a vol-au-vent pastry which is stuffed with a medley of fried leeks, mushrooms, smoked ham, cheese and served with a velvety hollandaise sauce (chefs kiss). We also really enjoyed the warm homemade maple muffins, fresh berry crumble parfaits, my morning latte was served in a big bowl European style (still dreaming of this!) and for dessert: flambéed crepes Suzettes with Grand Marnier and orange slices!! Wow. Wow. Wow. LOCATION: Le Plumard is conveniently located on a quiet street, a short walk from the ferry which drops you off in the heart of old Quebec. It was really nice not having to worry about taxis/Ubers during our stay. Ferry passes once an hour until 2am and gives you the prettiest view of the Quebec skyline. $4 per ticket. ROOMS: very cozy! Well appointed, everything was very clean, comfortable mattress + pillows with nice linens. We loved our big on-suite bathroom (we stayed in the biggest room). I can’t say enough good about this adorable B&B. A great way to experience the culture and beauty of the Quebec/Lévis region and people. Can’t wait to stay here again!

One of the best B&B we have experienced in our many years of travel. Lovely, grand home and exceptional hospitality. Thoughtful touches make all the difference: comfy bed and quality linen, good sized rooms, large bathrooms, plenty of storage space, elegant decor. Exceptional breakfast. There is construction going on in the area these days but it is quiet in the evenings and at night. Windows do a great job at filtering street sounds. Highly recommended. We will be back.
