Nice place to visit on a Sunday with the family. Definitely a good spot for tourists to enjoy rhe hot waters of the mountains in La Ceiba. Cold water lovers don't get excluded either, there are a variety of naturally filled pools with water from the mountains that connect. Alcohol is not accepted on the premises, but we all know the yeti trick.

This place is awesome. I was a little hesistant to get in water but once I did I'd didn't regret it.

Small and cool place, with thermal waters

We enjoyed our day there very much. Glenda's Paradise has four Natural Hot Spring Pools and a swimming pool. The water is natural Volcanic hot mineral water from the nearby Mountain. Easy access to the pools. There are several covered Gazebos with nice picnic tables and hammocks for family gatherings and relaxing. You are allowed to bring your own beer if it is in cans. Glass is not allowed. It is clean. They have change rooms and restrooms. There is one good Restaurant. Facility access is near the highway. Lynn and Deborah.

It's a natural paradise, the owners are very gentle and polite, excellent service and very clean. The food is delicious and fresh. Hot springs give a real real feeling of relax and peace. Ideal to go with family and friends.

Amazing place to have a relaxing time and get your body feeling amazing with their natural hot springs. A must visit when in Sambo Creek. Many places to rest your things and even hammocks to relax and enjoy. Can bring your own food and drink as well.

We spent several hours enjoying the hot pools. We visited on a Thursday and there were only about ten people in the whole place. It is very rustic but extremely relaxing.

The place and its nature is beautiful, thermal pools are really hot which is okay I guess is you are looking for the benefits. Unfortunately there's only 2 warm/fresh pools and they allow kids in both pools which makes the experience for adults looking for calm imposible to enjoy any of the pools. My recommendation would be allow kids in only one pool and leave the other only for adults.

You practically have the place to yourself if you visit on a weekday. Very relaxing natural surroundings. They have small covered picnic areas with hammocks and tables for families or groups to enjoy. The entry price is L100.
