Nice encapsulated hotel near the airport. Good place for a group or family or if you have an early flight. Food is very good.

Barbara picked me up from the airport within 5 minutes of calling her. Dinner was fabulous. Rooms and grounds were clean and the property is a big compound so you feel safe.

A very nice stay, especially if one is looking for a spot near the airport before a morning flight. Barbara was a great host, very generous. She also made the best sauerkraut I’ve ever had. I will gladly stay here again.

This place is fabulous. Miss Barbara is a perfect hostess and an excellent cook. The place is quaint, clean, and comfortable. The food is German and great. Good selection of German beers. Pet friendly. Anything we wanted to do Barbara arranged for us.

Barbara is a wonderful hostess and has owned rainbow for many years. Rainbow is a bit like stepping into Germany. Excellent door and a very clean perfectly painted small five Villa hotel. She is directly across from the La Ceiba airport and the perfect place to stay if you are flying out in the morning.

A place to feel home wile travling.Clean, and quiet with a special warming atention of the lovly Barbara from Germany, she treats you with al kind of european specialtys out of here kitch😋

Great place. I have stayed here many times. Close to the airport . Free shuttle. Good food. Laid back atmosphere .

The food was excellent. I love the chicken strips with jalapeño gravy. And the German apple pie with ice cream was amazing. We love Rainbow Village!!

Such a lovely hidden spot! Very unique little “cabins” well set up in color themes. Restaurant on site that has so many hand made, homemade items. Delicious German food. Fantastic breakfast included in accommodation pricing. Very reasonably priced. Definitely will stay again.

Awesome place close to the airport with a great host

Fantastic place near the airport. Perfect for staying the night before an early morning flight. Save room for the food: the German cuisine at this place is amazing.

Rainbow Village is the best. We’ve stayed there three occasions on our way to Utila and back. Barbara always takes such good care of us. The bedrooms have a mini split AC. The beds are comfortable. The pool is lovely. The airport is just across the street. You are away from the hustle and bustle of the town. But the very best part of the food. I never knew I would go to Honduras to have the best German food ever 😂. You have try some of the Schnitzel (my personal favorite is the Schnitzel Hunstman). We’re already planning another trip. Thank you Barbara for a great place to stay. (I wish I had pictures to post, it we were enjoying ourselves so much I forgot to take any! Next time we pass through I’ll take some.)

Quirky motel with clean rooms, good a/c and WiFi. German cuisine is a nice add-on.
