This is a review on la quinta real since i cant find it im putting it on this one. Service the worst the receptionist was just terrible i called and just because i asked for some type of special because i was booking 2 rooms he hung up. I called back and still booked when i got to the hotel it was the same very bad mood same as when you go and have breakfast terrible terrible service never coming back dont waist your money its just looks but bad service most expensive in ceiba but worst service

Old place for value needs a refurbished asap. Front desk not helpful, bad attitude. Need to change them. Bar at the pool lame. Rooms lame A cat was meowing all night long Safe at the room with no key Room service not that good Summary look for somewhere else

The rooms were a little bit dated. The service was excellent, and the location was good. Overall, it was a good experience.

The service is excellent. I asked where the restaurant was and the lady took us there. Most people would have pointed in the correct direction. We attended a wedding and spent the night. Everything thing was perfect. The food was delicious. The rooms are very clean. Security is good. The free breakfast was delicious. For what you get, the cost is very reasonable. You will love it.

I have stayed here before a few years ago. It was a nice experience. How ever this time, the experience was much different. I made reservations by phone three days before our trip. On the way I called to confirm my trip. They said yes, they have my reservation. Well, once we arrived, they had an issue. It seems they had my reservation but that a double room for 4 people was not available. They offered me a King room and a small rollaway bed. I told them that would work as we were only staying for one night. The way they handled this was the worst part. It was actually a little more expensive by a couple of dollars. The next thing was it didn't cover breakfast for 4 only 3!!....That I would have to buy additional breakfast. Terrible experience with customer service. I understand some things are out of their control and mistakes happen. But to figure a way to charge me more for their mistake is a slap in the face. For me, I will not be back.

Felt safe but did not go out after dark. Service staff were great, food was so so. We got stuck in this town as the ferry canceled, otherwise we would not have stayed.

Overall very good. A little pricey Breakfast service was excellent! Front desk service needs to be polished, it’s a must! Room was fine, except for the shower leaking all night. Excellent location Yes, I would stay again

Beautiful seaside hotel near downtown. Excellent restaurant and bar service. Very clean and recently renovated. Highly recommended to be centricaly located.

Nice 4 start hotel in LA Ceiba. Very affordable, and it's in a safe are. 3 minutes away from the mall. And it's close to burger King,little Cesar's,KFC and more food and shopping areas.

Quiet, clean, good service with a really nice restaurant. The hallways are confusing and there should be more signage telling one how to get to the restaurant, pool or front desk. WiFi is good and in Honduras there is reliable hot water and good TV reception. But, I do not understand that the restaurant has people who can speak English but the front desk does not! They need bilingual people at the front desk.

Rooms are clean, food is ok, breakfast is the same everyday. It's big and can be a maze sometimes if you don't remember how to get to your room. Avoid rooms close to the pool as it gets noisy at nights, specially weekends.

Great hotel, front desk staff speaks enough English to communicate with travelers. Spa and pool are nice. Hotel breakfast is the same thing all week. Walking distance to a few restaurants. Very safe!

I didn't stay here...but I went here by accident and regret not staying. The people were exceptionally helpful and extremely nice and friendly. The Quinta Real is not as friendly....the building is nice...but very uncomfortable to stay at the Quinta real.

Rooms are nice and clean. The pool area is nice and there's a bar too. The front desk need more training about customer service. They're very slow and they don't even have an smile in their faces. On the other hand, the security guard and the bell boy were excellent. The cleaning ladies are nice too.

I made reservation with priceline for 4 people and they charged me extra $ 170 for three children, the manager did not help in anything very pushy, in no other hotel do they charge me extra for two children or three only in this hotel.

Big place. Lots of basic rooms. Does the job for the night. Gas station / convenience store next door. POOL BAR NOT OPEN. There was no one attending to many guests on a busy Saturday night. Loss of stars! Restaurant was ok. Nothing special. "Crispy Salad" was horrible. 3 pieces of shrimp and some unbreaded calamari on a cheap salad. Overpriced and just gross. Not at all like description. The Club House sandwich would have been good, but they didn't toast the bread (a basic club house sandwich rule). Frozen fries, gross. Friend had the steak, it looked ok. Would have looked more appealing without plastic cups on the plate. Again, nothing special.
