I
have
stayed
here
before
a
few
years
ago.
It
was
a
nice
experience.
How
ever
this
time,
the
experience
was
much
different.
I
made
reservations
by
phone
three
days
before
our
trip.
On
the
way
I
called
to
confirm
my
trip.
They
said
yes,
they
have
my
reservation.
Well,
once
we
arrived,
they
had
an
issue.
It
seems
they
had
my
reservation
but
that
a
double
room
for
4
people
was
not
available.
They
offered
me
a
King
room
and
a
small
rollaway
bed.
I
told
them
that
would
work
as
we
were
only
staying
for
one
night.
The
way
they
handled
this
was
the
worst
part.
It
was
actually
a
little
more
expensive
by
a
couple
of
dollars.
The
next
thing
was
it
didn't
cover
breakfast
for
4
only
3!!....That
I
would
have
to
buy
additional
breakfast.
Terrible
experience
with
customer
service.
I
understand
some
things
are
out
of
their
control
and
mistakes
happen.
But
to
figure
a
way
to
charge
me
more
for
their
mistake
is
a
slap
in
the
face.
For
me,
I
will
not
be
back.
