One of the biggest complaints I have about this place is that they may or may not get back to you via whatsapp. I inquired info about some rooms and they never got back to me. They read the msg, but yet I'm still here waiting.

Terrible! Terrible! The reception guy told me the bus leaves at 11:30am and I left the hotel at 11am since it was only 10 or 15 minutes drive. But when I got to the station I was told the bus left at 11:15am not 11:30am and the next one will be 1pm!!!!!!!!!!! Why are they so unreliable?! The room itself was okay. The staffs from the restaurant in pool area were very friendly and helpful. But not the reception. Terrible!

Nice and relaxing place. Friendly staff and clean rooms. The best here is the outside area by the pool. Plenty space, hammocks, chairs, a bar and a recreation area.They accept friends coming visiting. We have been here several times, and might be back. The rooms are a bit small, beds ok, but the pillows are to hard. And why is it so hard to understand that a family of 3 needs 3 towels...

The place is clean,good staff. You have free breakfast, internet and pool. Since there is no elevator one of the staffs carried my heavy bags upstairs. Rooms- if you don't mind the noise from moving cars at night,you can take a room at the front side of the building.

Great bar & food(Honduran). Staff is very friendly. Front desk can be a little grumpy.

Great overall experience. Traveling as a group? Ask for Carmen she is wonderful and will help make your stay enjoable. Pool is rented to non-guess very crowded and noisy 😌 specially on weekends, not comfortable jumping in.

Go it was a wonderful experience. Like the meme, what a good service. But someone gift me coco bread (pan de coco) and someone ate it 😠😠😠 and the pool cant be used at midnight 😭and they have jacuzzis WHO IN THE WORLD MAKES JACUZZI AND BAN ITS USE AT MIDNIGHT Can someone think in jet lag?

Great location, clean, nice pool area, they have pool table, hammocks everywhere so we relax, and a bar area. Price is reasonable, they give free breakfast and it is a great breakfast. Overall it was a nice stay.

The two rooms were very small. Each had two queen sized beds. We had two adults and two children in each room. The first night we stayed we had to pay extra to get a towel for each person. The later night we stayed they handed us extra towels for no extra charge. The attached restaurant was nice but limited in choices. We had eight people and only four vouchers for the breakfast. It was adequate. The large pool was very nice.

I highly wouldn’t recommend This hotel it is HORRIBLE!!!!!!!! Please try your best to avoid this place. They stole $250 dollars from me. It’s either between the maintenance people or the front desk.
