I
had
a
terrible
experience
on
Wednesday
night
so
I
tried
to
give
them
a
second
chance
this
evening.
Bad
decision.
I
tried
to
order
online
but
the
website
only
allows
you
to
order
certain
premium
pizzas
(all
giant,
no
other
size
option,
and
no
option
for
selecting
your
own
toppings).
Then
I
called
the
number
that
was
listed
but
discovered
that
it
is
a
national
call
center
that
tries
to
get
you
to
do
other
things
(along
with
ordering
pizza)
and
they
don't
know
details
of
where
the
stores
are
located.
So,
I
went
back
to
the
place
and
wanted
to
order
wings
for
my
wife
and
me.
I
like
spicy
and
she
doesn't,
so
I
asked
for
half
and
half.
I
was
told
that
the
wings
are
all
Buffalo
(spicy)
but
that
the
boneless
wings
come
in
Buffalo
and
Barbecue.
The
board
showed
options
for
6,
12
and
one
other
quantity.
I
asked
for
6
hot
(Buffalo)
and
6
barbecue.
I
was
told
that
you
can't
split
the
order.
I
told
them
I
was
not
splitting
the
order
but
rather
asking
for
TWO
orders
-
one
of
each
flavor.
"No,
it
has
to
be
in
multiples
of
8."
I
said,
"But
the
board
says
6
or
12."
She
replied,
"The
board
is
wrong.
It's
a
mistake."
Basically,
she
made
it
clear
that
she
would
rather
not
sell
me
ANY
wings
than
let
me
have
what
the
board
advertised.
Sadly,
I
gave
in
and
ordered
8
of
each
flavor
(which
was
not
an
option
that
was
shown
on
the
board
OR
on
their
menu
OR
on
their
website,
but
it
was
the
only
option
made
available
to
me).
We
are
all
human
and
we
all
make
mistakes
but
when
a
business
makes
the
client
pay
for
THEIR
mistakes
then
they
have
lost
my
business.
