This
experience
was
not
what
I
expected.
We
arrived
15-20
minutes
early
and
we’re
told
we
had
to
wait
until
our
appointment
time.
Then
when
we
walked
back
into
the
store
at
our
appointment
time
we
had
to
wait
another
35
minutes.
We
had
to
say
we
wanted
a
refund
before
we
were
provided
service.
Most
of
all,
I
am
shocked
about
how
disrespectful
and
dishonest
the
owner
had
behaved
during
our
visit
and
after
a
previous
review
was
given
by
my
girlfriend.
He
was
unprofessional
in
that
he
offended
my
girlfriend
by
assuming
she
was
a
mistress
upon
discovering
my
occupation
after
5
minutes
of
speaking.
Joking
or
not,
he
spoke
in
French
so
I
would
not
understand
the
insult.
I
was
only
informed
after
receiving
a
mediocre
massage.
The
employees
were
kind,
however
the
degree
of
disrespect
from
the
owner
was
more
than
I
could
handle.
After
receiving
a
bad
review,
he
found
my
girlfriends
number
in
his
database
and
proceeded
to
call
and
text
5
times.
He
tried
to
convince
her
he
was
not
trying
to
offend
her.
He
then
followed
with
a
comment
to
her
review
saying
he
knows
her
and
she
was
writing
a
review
out
of
spite.
He
does
not
know
her
and
she
has
never
met
the
owner
prior
to
our
visit.
He
tried
claiming
he
knew
her
after
he
offended
her
during
our
visit
too.
Had
I
understood
the
insult
in
that
moment,
I
wouldn’t
have
paid
120€
for
disrespect
and
bad
service
and
things
would
have
turned
out
differently.
This
man
is
the
worst
type
of
human
and
should
be
ashamed
of
himself.
