It was great. Very atmospheric place. My massage and facial were both very good. Mint tea and sweets at the end are a nice touch. Highly recommend!

This experience was not what I expected. We arrived 15-20 minutes early and we’re told we had to wait until our appointment time. Then when we walked back into the store at our appointment time we had to wait another 35 minutes. We had to say we wanted a refund before we were provided service. Most of all, I am shocked about how disrespectful and dishonest the owner had behaved during our visit and after a previous review was given by my girlfriend. He was unprofessional in that he offended my girlfriend by assuming she was a mistress upon discovering my occupation after 5 minutes of speaking. Joking or not, he spoke in French so I would not understand the insult. I was only informed after receiving a mediocre massage. The employees were kind, however the degree of disrespect from the owner was more than I could handle. After receiving a bad review, he found my girlfriends number in his database and proceeded to call and text 5 times. He tried to convince her he was not trying to offend her. He then followed with a comment to her review saying he knows her and she was writing a review out of spite. He does not know her and she has never met the owner prior to our visit. He tried claiming he knew her after he offended her during our visit too. Had I understood the insult in that moment, I wouldn’t have paid 120€ for disrespect and bad service and things would have turned out differently. This man is the worst type of human and should be ashamed of himself.

I booked an appointment online for 8 march. It was confirmed then cancelled on the while i was on the way. On arriving i spoke to a helpful young lady who spoke no english but connected me to the owner via phone. He explained the cancellation and assured me i would be refunded within 2 days. A whole 3 weeks later no refund despite emailing. Can't speak to the services, the place looked clean and well maintained and the staff was polite but i can surely say integrity is lacking on the part of the owner. Update. The owner says he checked and i have been refunded. This is incorrect. I checked my bank details. No refund and they have not responded to my email. If the refund has been processed i would be happy to receive proof in reply to the email i sent. I remain disappointed at the lack of integrity which unnecessarily may tarnish an otherwise good salon. Update--- finally received the refund. Issue has been resolved and recognise that it might have been a long delay by the booking company

The service is wonderful. I don't speak French fluently but the person on reception was very helpful. He explained us the entire process and made sure that we were comfortable. The lady who performed hammam (Aazma) was very kind and friendly. She made sure we have nice time. It's important to book in advance. I strongly recommend this place. I am definitely going next time.

Excellent service, very friendly, the hammam was the perfect temperature, not too hot for 30 minutes (but there was a hotter area if that is something you prefer) and a really good deal for 50€ (massage and mint tea included) with nice decor. Would recommend and go back
