    My wife and I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hotel Pullman Paris, and we have to say that Maria and Clara really made our experience exceptional. From the moment we arrived, they were warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. First of all, the hotel itself is beautiful and impeccably maintained. It's clear that the staff takes great pride in keeping everything clean, organized, and in top condition. But what really set this hotel apart was the level of service we received from Maria and Clara. They were always available to answer any questions we had, whether it was about the hotel amenities or recommendations for things to do in the city. They went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed, and they did it all with a smile and a positive attitude. In addition to their excellent customer service skills, Maria and Clara clearly have a deep knowledge of the city of Paris. They gave us some fantastic suggestions for places to visit and restaurants to try, and we were never disappointed by any of their recommendations. Overall, we would highly recommend the Hotel Pullman Paris to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing stay in the heart of the city. And if you have the pleasure of meeting Maria and Clara during your stay, you're in for a real treat!

    I stayed in the hotel for a week, and overall it was a good stay. However, I do not understand how this hotel is rated 5 stars and nights charged at this basis. To give you an example, would a 5 stars hotel provide you with a lousy coffee material like taken in the photo or a serious coffee machine? That’s just a small example, not to talk about room card that stops working within 2 days, the way soap and shampoo are presented, etc..

    It was a nice, quick and comfortable stay...check in less than 2 minutes...same with check out. Location well nested within LA defense area...all walkable! Rooms contemporary, new and cozy. Room service efficient. Would like to recognize Mr. Othman and Mrs Maria for warm welcome, and helping me out when key stopped working...he accompanied me to the floor! They were very efficient in creating humane touch and establishing communication...a key to hospitality. Thumbs up!

    I am not staying at this hotel, my guests are there. I called the restaurant to make dinner reservations for guests. As a so-called five-star hotel, the attitude was very bad and the tone was very impatient. The staff member who answered my phone cannot understand what I was saying, neither English nor French.

    Just arrived after long travel. No food. Kitchen closed. Can you imagine? Biggest business district in Europe. But even worse……. I cannot share publicly what I found in the toilet. What a smell. UPDATE Ok….. it is 2 days later. My review was picked up by management. Deep clean of the room. And a personal message from the management (hand written) and some nice treats….. mistakes will be made….. it is about how you solve. Very good.

    I enjoyed very clean, well decorated quiet room with a great view. I loved the bed, it was really comfortable. Amazing front desk staff, very patient and friendly. The staff in the kitchen really couldn’t understand what exactly i wanted but i wouldn’t take any star for that.

    After a tired flight I expect to be relaxed and a comfortable room, the Pullman is located in a decent area and the hotel rooms are well kept. I must highlight and admire the services of Mr.Rumen at the reception he was very helpful in getting me the room choice I wanted and understands customer needs. The breakfast in the hotel is very good and hope the standards will remain same or improve more. Thanks

    Great location, very nice rooms with very comfy beds and nice view on the la Défense square in front of the modern arch. Delicious breakfasts. Great service and much recommended for business trips and conferences. I felt taken care of during my stay. Would come back.

    Excellent service the rooms are everything you need & more very clean , the view from the 17 floor is wow !!! , dinner was top tier , had a cocktail at the bar , the bartender aliou was so wholesome and friendly , certainly recommend, and will be returning .

    Very good service, breakfast OK, good location with good connection to centre of Paris and big shopping mall near by, in the bathroom stinks but is not cleanness problem I think must be drain or ventilation design, broadband is very good and I love nespresso machine in the room but unfortunately no milk of any kind. My daughter top was taken from the bed when the room was cleaned and never was found. Not cheap place to stay but overall OK.

    Stayed for five nights at the Pullman while in Paris for the WC rugby. Had one night booked directly and then 4 as part of a sports package. Were very accommodating and got to stay in the same room without changing the whole time. The service from front of house to breakfast staff to room cleaners was exceptional. Breakfast was great too. Plenty of selections. The room itself was outstanding with a view over the Grand Arche area. Really comfortable bed and bedding and super bathroom and separate toilets. Fantastic all round

    It was fantastic, everything of my experience in Pullman la Defense was warm and excellent. I'm Canadian and took a trip to Europe to celebrate my wife's 60th birthday and chose Pullman La Defense for staying Paris. When I arrived at there, a lady at Front Desk explained all information I need including la Defense area very well and let us know my room has been 2 upgraded to junior suite room by Alexia, director of quality management. The room was wide and well equipped, we loved it. A magnificent breakfast, kind staffs, we were given a royal welcome and this hotel gave us an forgettable moment in Europe trip.

    Amazing experience. Rooms are very clean and spacious. Staff are very friendly, professional and helpful starting from the reception to the house keeping. Breakfast is delicious and the staff in the restaurant are very professional and welcoming. Special thanks to Rachida for her professionalism, her help and welcoming attitude. Highly recommended 👍

    The staff couldn't do enough to help us with whatever we wanted. They were professional and courteous, knowledgeable and kind. The room was very comfortable and clean. Room service was excellent.

    Hotel reception very nice with a revolving door, has a weighing scale. Room is clean & tidy. Breakfast normal. The only issue is the hotel location. When we return from shopping on a Uber the driver is unable to drive to the lobby, he try a few turn and it end up unable to get into the hotel. ITE we have to alight from the side of the hotel .

    I travel to Paris for business and this is my second stay in Pullman, La Defense. The hotel rooms in this area of Paris ain’t great, thus I would rate it better than other hotels in same area (e.g Hilton). However, the service is bad. Hotel Staff at reception is rude and non supportive. Rooms in similar category are of different size and specifications. The housekeeping is pathetic. I mean they couldn’t even clean my room in the entire day while I was away and I have now called them to get it cleaned… staff has suggested that someone will visit me in 10 mins, but my experience is that it’s gonna be another 2-3 calls when someone actually comes in 1-2 hours. This is definitely the worst 5 star hotel I have stayed in. The only reason to continue my stay here is location of hotel, which is in the middle of La Defense and close to offices and restaurants.

    I stayed in this hotel for 6 nights, the services of this hotel were very good, such as cleaning and hospitality, they also served delicious food that was fried chicken for lunch, the breakfast had a good variety, but don't expect the variety of hotels in East Asia. The view of the hotel on the upper floors is beautiful. If I want to say a negative thing about this hotel, the location of the hotel is located in a place that is far from the traditional fabric of the city, museums and sightseeing areas, and you have to travel a relatively long way (I am talking about the metro When you reach the city center, however, the location of the hotel is a modern place in terms of architecture that you will enjoy walking around.

    The hotel buffet could use more vegan protein options, such as beans. However, the chefs were helpful and prepared fried vegetables and tofu when asked. On the weekend, the manager seemed overwhelmed, and the hotel could use more staff. There was a issue with the gym's low roof causing a head bump while on the Stairmaster. The toilet also had a peculiar odor. Despite these issues, the staff was friendly and accommodating, and I enjoyed the steam room.

    A slightly bad smell in the Hall, room was not super clean (some spots on the towels and on the bed) but generally it was kind of ok. Breakfast was nothing special, not super tasty but also ok. All in all not great, but also not the worst.

    The front desk staff is very helpful. I didn’t get his name but he is a little dark in skin color. Excellent customer service. Kept apologising when the system was down.

    My stay at this hotel was awesome! All the personal was extraordinary. Some of them went out of their way to make sure our experience was great. Rumen at the front desk would always greet us with a big smile and answered every question we had, including places to go eat and all the things we could not miss during our visit in Paris. I remember him preparing a list of all the places we needed to visit. He was a key player to make our trip amazing! Thank you all but special thanks to Rumen for taking great care of us. We will definitely go back!!!

    From A to Z, the hotel could not have been more perfect. The check in chap was helpful kind and accommodating. The room was absolutely huge on the twelve floor. Upon check in the staff gave my two year old a welcome pack including colors and stickers. My baby’s cot was delivered with a soft brand new teddy bear. I’ve stayed in five star hotels throughout the world and this hotel went above and beyond. All staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful! Thank you for making this a memorable trip!

    Really enjoyed the customer service. From the restaurant on the second floor to the lobby at floor 0. Maria the receptionist provided great service and also answered any questions in regards to transportation. She also provided information in where to get a rapid CPR COVID test.

    We had absolutely great time at Pullman La Defence. staff were very friendly and helpful. Special thanks to - Mr Koray who is very friendly and helpful at the restaurant. - Room service colleague (I forgot his name) was very kind and helpful in arranging a late time food for us. thanks

    The whole experience right from the start, the ambiance of the lobby, the heart warming welcome from the front desk staff, the restaurant staff ( ofcourse the food as well) and the quick response of the housekeeping staff. They just make the hotel a five star in all its aspects. A must visit hotel.

    The rooms are more 3 star. Very tired and worn. No idea why this is listed as 5 star other than the hotel bar prices which are robbery. €28 for 2 glasses of wine! It's out of the way for food late at night and the only room service food you can order on their web order page is smoked salmon? I was dissapointed with our stay. I would not return nor recommend this hotel.

    The hotel is located in La Defense, an excellent location for visiting Paris by subway. The staff at the restaurant and bar (Koray, Riaz, and Romain) are at the top of the game. They treated us with a warm-hearted attitude and served our table with Precision and care. They are fantastic staff and keep the hotel living up to the 5-star reputation. Thanks again for the great customer care and hospitality! Strongly recommend!!

    It was an amazing experience to live here. We took 1 family suite and 2 standard rooms and just loved the living. Awesome and Cozy. The staff was very cooperative and housekeeping services were prompt n clean. Car Parking was charged per day but worth it considering the availability of parking and safety precautions. From the whole stay, the pleasant part was the morning breakfast, which was felt much more special by the way the staff treated the guests. A special mention about the staff named, Mathius, in the restaurant where breakfast was served. He was quick in service and the way of dealing guest was something unique, a greeting with a smile and a highly humble personality. Thank you Mathius for making the morning, such a good morning. Overall, its an amazing place to stay with a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood.

    This hotel looks great in the photos...however I would say it's not so much in person. I wish I read the other Google/TripAdvisor reviews before going here. First of all, my room was not ready when I got to the property. I had to wait almost two hours. No worries. Secondly, the rooms are very dated. We had connecting rooms, and in one of the rooms AC was working, in the other it wasnt working at all. My key cards stopped working 2x during my stay (it was annoying having to get them reprogrammed). The staff was mostly friendly. No complaints. Just not up to par with other 5 stars I've been to. This is really a four star hotel at best......you'll step into the early 2000s when you go here though. Plus point is they have onsite parking.

    This hotel has the nicest, most personable staff. When checking in, the young gentleman with a big smile made me feel so welcomed here, despite me not knowing French. Eduard in the restaurant was also very nice and helpful. When I come back to Paris from USA, I would definitely stay here again.

    The hotel was nice and clean. The room service was quite good as well and even though the window in the room can't be opened but their AC works well and the air indoor was good. La Defense is quite a convenient location to stay for tourists and of course modern and pretty.

    This is the PERFECT hotel. If you're looking to explore Paris (as we were), you will not find a better place - it's only a 15 min Metro ride into the city, sitting just next to the La Defense station. The rooms are magnificent, elevators are much larger than what you'll find in the city. Staff was very kind to our needs and helpful. I would recommend this for families as well!

    We stayed in this hotel for one week & paid 300 euros per night. It is definitely not a 5 stars hotels as indicated & way over-rated. The furniture and equipments are very basic & very poorly maintained with mold in the bathroom airconducts. The fridge is in the closet & empty. There is no coffee machine, only a water boiler. The key cards need to be reactivated every two days. It is definitely not worth the price paid. You can find way nicer hotels in the center of Paris for a lesser price. I will never come back even for work

    Hotel is clean and modern but the rooms are small. The location of this hotel is not disabled or family-friendly. If you have a wheelchair, pushchair or small kids, you MUST avoid this hotel. You have 50+ flight of stairs with no lifts. There are escalators for some of the stairs (not all), but they never worked when we visited. This hotel was recommended to me by Pullmam head office, and it was sold to us as a family friendly, modern, and clean hotel. I booked this hotel for my family, a 32 weeks pregnant wife and a 1 year old son to spend over the Christmas period as a family treat. This hotel has ruined my family break and I now have a saw back. See photos and Avoid!!!

    It says they are a 5 star .. but the service is below 4 star. Room service only has cesor salad or salmon .. how weird?? Where is the pizza and pasta this was at 2 am but any 5 star will have a full menu.. room is not cleaned as a 5 star also sheets were it not changed for over 6 days .. staff are not helpful and a bit rude maybe because of the language. But I felt I was in a 3.5 star hotel.

    I went with a group. Check in was a little messed up. Took way longer than it should. But the rooms were nice and the staff was very friendly once we were in. I wasn't sure about the location at first but quickly liked it. You are near the metro lines and there are a number of quick and easy places to eat. The area around the hotel has several sculptures that I enjoyed

    Genuinely impressed. The staff were exceptionally welcoming and helpful, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere from the moment I stepped through the doors. The room was comfortable and well-appointed, offering a cozy retreat after a day of activities. The hotel's location is ideal, providing easy access to local attractions and dining options. I particularly enjoyed the variety of breakfast options available each morning, catering to different tastes and dietary needs. However, I did encounter a few issues that could be improved. The ironing facilities in the room, specifically the ironing board and iron, need attention. Unfortunately, the iron was not in the best condition and ended up leaving marks on my white shirt due to some dirt on it. Addressing these small but significant details would make a big difference. I look forward to seeing these improvements on my next visit and would still recommend this hotel for its many strengths.

    Booked a room and mentioned it was for my Parent’s anniversary and the hotel made everything more memorable. They were warmly received and were even upgraded. Upon entering their room, they were met with personalized decorations and a lovely card. The Restauration services were also top notch, both dinner and breakfast had lots of variety and enough space to accommodate clients. This is why we choose 5 star hotels, for their amazing services, attentiveness to details, luxury and the most priceless commodity, the hospitality of the staff. Sorry they couldn’t remember the names of the staff they came in contact with 😅. Thanks so much guys.
