This store has extremely poor customer service. The staff r v arrogant and they really want to drive customer away. I bought an iPhone from here in Nov 2022 and came to buy a watch, unfortunately nothing has changed, despite the feedback I gave last time. Soufiene was good n helpful , but the other lady representative made gestures throughout. Also see many customers complain the same in the reviews throughout. If you want to really know how to drive customers away, do visit this store!

I visited an Apple Store today and experienced poor customer service. The staff were engaged in their own conversation, ignoring me while I waited to pay for an AirPods case. When I finally approached the counter, the same staff member served someone else first. Upon addressing this, she responded aggressively, saying she was doing her best and I wasn't the only customer. Her payment machine then malfunctioned, and she began swearing. Frustrated, I left the store without purchasing the case.

Do not go there if your laptop/phone has an issue. I came because my laptop was frozen after the new Big Sur update, the previous tests on my laptop showed nothing was wrong with the disk, it was just an issue with the software. I specifically said, I needed all my data/files back because my entire job for months was on it. They told me it'll take a few days. Alright, was fine by me. But, they did nothing of that, instead, they called me, saying it was "fixed". Instead of trying to figure out why my laptop was frozen on the loading page, they deleted everything. They "restored" my laptop so emptied it. I've lost months of my work and on top of that, they still don't know what the issue was ( since they didn't run the tests). DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE. THEY WON'T LISTEN TO YOU AND JUST QUICKLY "FIX" IT TO SAVE THEMSELVES TIME.

Better to go by appointment so you are entertained properly. Staff is well known for the product. Other options is if you know what to buy it’s better to book the product online and just collect it at the store. Foreign travelers who are non resident of Europe can ask to have Tax refund form filled so during the return journey you can claim the tax refund from the airport. For tax refund please collect and pay at the store don’t buy the product online. Inform the staff you need to claim the refund. You have options to claim the refund by cash at the airport or to get the money back on your card directly. I received my tax refund and it was simple and hazel free. Make sure you have at list 1 hr at the airport to make this refund as it may take time if there is a huge queue for refund. For me it took 45 minutes and it was quick at every counter.

Today, I was very disappointing with customer service I experienced at Apple Store @ La Defense. Although the store manager was polite in his words, his attitude was terrible. He was arrogant, condescending, not interested to take any feedback (claiming that they are the best and it is measured by how famous they are...!) and refuse to escalate my feedback to the management. I decided to return all the goods I just bought and I cancelled the transaction. Shocking attitude, please avoid that store at any cost. I have experienced higher level of customer service in many other stores in France and abroad.

This place is not managed. I had an appointment still I had to wait 15 minutes so that associates could complete their personal conversations. Once they finally had gone through everyone entire weekend stories someone could take care of me. After being instructed by the hotline and confirmed in written by email that the fixing will be covered by the warranty they refused to do so. After talking to the duty manager they finally accepted. By replacing my battery they broke my screen. So when they handed over the phone to me after more than one hour and another look wait till someone Will accept to handle me they gave me a broken phone. They made an investigation as they were not sure they broke it. But they realized that the button was broken too. Of course it was not initially broken. So they accepted to repair it again Finally it took me 3 hours in total. Extremely poor service No one here cares about customers This is a terrible disappointment

Very poor managed store. Even with a date you wait hours before you get serviced. Apple should produce more reliable products to avoid millions of customers having such bad experience. 3h 30 already wasted because of that store...and we continue waiting.

Busy store, the advisers do their best to help and guide. On a busy day the wait can be long. If you need an apple device this is the place

The clerk's service is poor, unreasonably arrogant, and completely refreshes the perception of the brand image. If you go to this store, you won't want to buy any Apple products in the future. And very angry, my friends said that it is useless to write a complaint letter, and there is no effective channel for complaints. As a consumer, very disappointed.

Went to this store because I got a notification that an airtag was following me so I was super concerned, and the worker I approached was extremely rude to me. He solved none of my questions and all he said to me was that I should just “be careful” and that they couldn’t do anything, even when I asked how to check if it was still following me, he said that wasn’t their problem. I had to leave the store because I was starting to cry. He didn’t care at ALL. Up until now, I had the impression that Apple was a company that really valued their customers and were always willing to help, but this experience has made me realize they are the opposite

I bough a watch from the store but did not have my ID to claim tax. When I went back the nest day 21st Nov 2022. the Manager on duty was so un helpful even when I explained my situation. This store needs a competitor in Les Quatre Temps so they can improve on their customer care. Very bad staff attitude

If I could give a 0 I would Such a waste of time, they have no idea what they're doing, they only managed to waste my time. For the price of their items, you would expect a better customer service but instead when asking for the tax refund documents they inform you after having paid that YOU (not them) need to contact the tax refund company. I've not had any issues elsewhere (for much cheaper items I would add) but yet all Apple have to say is that "it's too early since Brexit" - it's been over 2 years I'm fuming, go somewhere else

One of the staff members was really rude to us. Our bag was open and my friend said "reallly?" And he the staff decided to say in a really rude and unprofessional tone "obviously if I say so?".

Service was really slow. Got ignored and Had to wait 20mins just to buy a phone. But the staff talk nicely. Just long wait time.

General criticism, the French do not know how to provide service, even at Apple

Non educated workers. They make the Apple worst and giving wrong information. And doing nothing good for their co-workers mistakes.

Despite of the pandemic, everything went smooth. I had an appointment and I only waited 5 minutes. The reparation was made the same day and the person in the Genius bar knew how to explain technical issues. I really recommend this Apple store.
