Disgusting.
I
understand
the
recent
negative
reviews
better
after
visiting
the
store.
Everything
about
this
store
is
to
RUN
AWAY.
From
“salespeople”
to
customer
service
(managed
by
an
AI,
so
good
luck
if
you
want
any
kind
of
follow-up).
Purchased
earrings
for
a
gift,
on
the
advice
of
a
saleswoman
claiming
that
they
refund
or
exchange
them
if
the
gift
is
not
suitable.
Surprise
when
I
come
back
to
return
them
for
the
first
time:
“the
manager
is
not
there,
I
don’t
know
how
to
make
returns”.
The
second
time
?
“The
credit
card
machine
does
not
issue
refunds,
we
will
take
the
item
back
from
you
and
the
refund
will
be
made
directly
to
the
head
office.”
A
few
days
later,
when
they
were
in
possession
of
the
buckles,
the
saleswoman
on
the
phone
invited
me
to
come
and
collect
them
and
told
me
that
she
made
a
"mistake"
during
the
sale,
and
during
the
return.
That
they
do
not
take
back
these
items,
because
it
is
indicated
on
the
receipt
(produced
following
a
sale
made
thanks
to
this
lie
from
the
saleswoman,
as
a
reminder).
Nothing
more
than
a
misleading
sale.
What
followed
was
only
the
abject
attitude
of
the
said
saleswoman,
her
"manager",
and
I'm
not
even
talking
about
the
customer
service
based
abroad,
and
managed
by
an
AI
(Salesforce).
They
no
longer
have
an
office
in
France,
everything
is
managed
from
Spain.
My
advice
is
to
spend
your
money
elsewhere,
you
won't
miss
anything,
we've
hit
rock
bottom
there.
