The one who answers the phone is very unpleasant and not nice at all...she literally told me: I don't have a doctor in my pocket. I can neither invent nor make it except that I am sick and in need of see a doctor...I'm telling you you can change job if you're not happy and not speak unkindly to people.

The doctor who came to my home was competent and responsive; he arrived about 1 hour after my call. Nothing to say about the practitioner who was very helpful and efficient. However, I wouldn't say the same for the operator I spoke to on the phone. Very unpleasant, without much patience. When you urgently call a medical service you hope to have at least a minimally pleasant first contact and this was not the case, hence the 3 stars.

Call at 8:30 a.m. this Sunday for a 20 month old baby, we are not offered a visit to the consultation center, we are told that a doctor will come during the day... it is after 6 p.m. and still no one. As a bonus when we try to call back, an automatic message informs us that no doctor can come and that we must hang up. How to waste an entire day in care. The least we can do is notify patients at least by means of an automatic SMS, as for making an appointment. Unacceptable! In the end we were called back at 10 p.m. to ask if a doctor could come by during the night, the latter explaining to us that he was only taking his shift... When we see the effectiveness of SOS doctor in Toulon, it's day and night. night ! You should take note!

Very sincerely, communication needs to be reviewed…. After 509 calls…. Finally I pass the famous musical barrier telling me to wait a moment... I was finally going to be taken care of at least to ask for a doctor... 45 minutes... Still people…..?????? Sos doctor???! 🔍🔎…. December I call at 10 a.m. after many calls as always…. 40 fever and flu on a Sunday, so why is this service useful, right?! I am kindly told it will pass during the day…. 10:30 p.m.?! Well no one 🔍 I call back and what do they tell me?! Oh well, that’s normal, you weren’t rated??! Will have to call back to stipulate it 😂😂😂😂😂😂 At some point, the idea is a good one, isn’t it?! Overcrowding of emergencies etc etc…. It still has to work, right??! We are in Nice, not in the depths of Texas…… This ends like a good old video consultation with a doctor that I don't know for my teenager who has medical problems... the visit will surely be well done... In short, courage to those like me who are turned off on the other side of the phone to wait for support……

First phone call on Friday, I met a lovely man. On the night from Sunday to Monday, on the other hand, I came across a woman who was as unsympathetic as possible who sent me wandering with each of my questions. And who gave me bad advice on top of that.

Called today before 4 p.m. it is 6:45 p.m. as I write and still no doctor. Supposedly the doctor called twice but I received no call so they canceled my request. I find it shameful not to be warned and then I lost hope of seeing the doctor before I go to sleep. Sos doctor, well don't be in a hurry

So no doctor Friday evening Saturday either And Sunday also supposedly because they are going to close, I’m hallucinating!!!! Very unpleasant secretaries when I call back they tell me to call back and call back continuously until we come across the voice server no doctor instead of making me wait I wasted time I could have brought him directly back to the hospital never again I would go to the emergency room now it's useless SOS DOCTOR.

Doctor contacted at 10:30 this morning... it's almost 8:00 p.m. still no Doctor despite numerous reminders. I am told that I am too far away (magnan 🤔). When I call back in tears they literally cut me off and ask me to wait. I understand that there are a lot of calls but a person who already has a lot of neurological problems and who calls for this is supposed to be an emergency...

Wait until after midnight, the doctor still hasn't come even though he was reported at 8 p.m. Suspected of waiting for the most expensive time slot for the visit, it's shameful, my mother, over 80 years old, in respiratory distress. And with a pacemaker, my mother had fallen asleep and it was also impossible to call the SOS doctor service, supposedly out of doctor and cannot answer calls. What a shame
