booked

room
at
"le
Petit
Manoir
du
Casino
Pointe-au-Pic"
three
months
before
our
trip
through
Expedia.ca.
A
week
before
the
trip,
I
noticed
that
the
room
information
that
the
hotel
sent
me
did
not
match
the
information
on
Expedia.
I
tried
to
explain
to
the
hotel
staff
over
the
phone,
and
unbelievably
he
hung
up
the
phone
without
any
help
to
the
customer,
and
when
I
brought
my
complaint
to
the
hotel
general
manager,
she
refused
a
simple
apology
and
tried
to
justify
her
employee's
behavior.
The
general
manager
rejected
my
request.
She
tried
to
show
that
the
room
information
she
sent
me
was
the
same
room
I
had
booked
on
Expedia.
While
the
name
of
the
rooms,
the
size
of
the
beds
and
the
location
of
the
rooms
were
completely
different.
Thenks
to
Expedia
for
fully
supporting
my
request.
They
forced
the
hotel
to
respond
and
give
me
a
room
that
I
had
booked.
In
all
the
long
emails
the
hotel
gereral
manager
sent
me,
I
couldn't
find
any
words
how
they
are
sorry
or
show
they
made
a
mistake
about
the
room.
Customer
can
understand
that
there
may
be
a
mistake
in
the
information
or
reservation,
but
somehow
the
hotel
management
was
very
unprofessional
for
such
a
simple
problem.
I
don't
recommend
this
hotel
to
anyone
and
I
strogly
suggest
to
not
go
there.
You
will
get
nothing
except
rudeness
and
trouble.
Positive:
The
hotel
is
located
in
a
very
nice
place
in
Malbaie.
