Unfortunately I would not recommend this facility for a few reasons. The management has created a very unprofessional and rude culture. The customer service is awful! On several occasions I have been spoken to in a very unprofessional manner. Most recently I have been accused of something that is completely false. When I explained the situation I was threatened with my membership being canceled. I have used other locations and never had any of these issues. This location is under extremely poor management and it shows by the way they treat their customers. It is also apparent in the cleanliness of the facilities and the overall lack of professionalism.

Gym closed for maybe 30 seconds, and i was at the end of my set on my curls(like 2 more left). A lady interrupted me and told me to hurry up and wrap it up cause "were closed" (like yeah i heard the voice thing go off 3 times in row) why arent you talking to anyone else but me? the whole gym was still there. I would have been done a lot faster if you didn't say anything. this why the santee location is better

I love going to Chuze! Staff is usually great, and the gym is well kept. La Mesa Chuze is closest to me so I attend often. I use the Sauna at the other Chuze locations and never am required to bring a towel nor buy one. I got told last night I can use Chuzes without a towel and then told I can buy a towel instead. This policy isn't posted anywhere and frusturating. That and a couple other things I've found annoying with Chuze La Mesa has lead me to decide I won't be returning to This Chuze; I'd prefer to just go to a different one where I don't feel like I'm being pushed into spending money. Overall good gym, just wouldn't recommend this location!

For someone my age (55) and my needs (overall fitness maintenance), this gym meets and exceeds all my expectations. I especially love the customer service (Tory, Michael, Jose, Rosa and the rest of the gang)! I feel like a valued customer. I love the hydrobeds and infrared sauna - those are the extras (I call them my dessert!).

I started going here about 6 months ago and I absolutely love it. It can get a little crowded and you might have to wait for machine or squat rack but personally it doesn't bother me as I mostly go during non peak hours. Staff is very welcoming, friendly, and always cleaning. Would definitely recommend this gym to any of my friends

The gym is always clean. Very interactive staff with great decorations for holidays with great energy. I would highly recommend this gym to start. It's on par with pricing with most gyms. Great facilities

This is a clean gym and the staff is nice. Maybe this is a great choice if you don't have another one to go to or you go once in awhile. It's very packed and a bit small. Also, it seems like not all of the equipment was in full working order. There are other Chuze I go to has Clorox wipes. This would be a great addition as I noticed nobody wiped off the equipment after use.

I go 3 times a week. Good time to go is before 5 pm and after 830 pm. The gym is clean and good atmosphere!

The truth is, the gym is very interesting, but the staff that attends the reception is very despotic, mainly the lady who attends aorita Sunday 4:29 pm Look, today I went to register with my wife and it occurred to me to ask her permission to go to her bathroom, I didn't ask her. Bieja beggar even sent me to the bathroom with the bathroom there in front of us ok wait and if not we were going to register ok we were going to pay in cash and ok ok asepto didn't have a card just like that they accept but don't stain it don't let me go to your bathroom just to urinate well we were going to sign up pls change to that type of people seriously they just howl the clientele
