When we walked through the door, there were about 4 to 5 employees talking in a group. Not one stopped and asked if we needed help. They all walked away a few seconds later. We stood there for about 10 minutes until the host came to the counter, still not asking if we had been helped, so my husband asked to be seated and she said it was going to be a 10 to 15 minute wait. That was a plus because it was only about 3 minutes later we got seated. Then our waiter was another story. We ordered our food, and it took a good 30 to 35 minutes when it was not that busy because it was almost 10 pm. When I got my food, the asparagus was so burnt it was dry as you see in the picture. Then, after 6 times of the waiter walking by and not even acknowledging us, I was able to get her attention to let her know that the asparagus was extremely burnt and dry. She offered to bring out green beans, so I agreed. Little did I know they would be the same burnt and dry. Lastly, the waiter never asked if I wanted a refill on my drink and I guess I would have asked the few times she stopped by to bring the good but I was over the service and how bad the veggies were. The other food was good and had no complaints.

We ordered the Hickory Nachos and got basicaly a plate of tortia chips. There was hardly to none Brisket, bacon and cheese. The sour cream and guacamole was just tossed in the box and was warm and nasty. Is this the quality of food you want to serve to your customers. And your not cheap, I was charged full price for a plate of basically tortia chips. I will not ever again order from this restaurant or recommend to anyone as this is not the first time we have issues with food quality here.

Excellent service, food was great. Definitely will return for another meal.

Update - Gave it another chance. Alfredo barely had any sauce and meat pizza had everything dumped in the middle so some slices were just cheese? Womp Womp Spent $70 on GrubHub & they didn’t remember the ribs. Took a long time to get in touch with a manager and still no resolution.

Spacious restaurant. American style. Variety of food including steaks and tacos. I was full of the appetizers., so don't order too much of them. Their service is good and they accept reservations. Their Caesar salad is amazing. And entries are good portions. The food is heavy though maybe due to the excessive amount of butter in their cooking

First time at this BJ’s and honestly i was not pleased with their food. The avocado egg rolls we ordered did not look appetizing, almost as if they were fried a little too long or the avocado was coming out. Ordered a bbq pizza, the dough seemed like it might’ve been old, didn’t taste great, crust seemed white instead of a golden brown. The server was great tho, I’ll give them that

Popped in for dessert after a little play time @ Dave & Busters! Pizookie's were what was on! For a Saturday night they had a good size crowd, but they were jamming and wait was only 15 minutes. Cliff was our fabulous waiter for the night, super friendly, fun, and quick! We got Strawberry Shortcake and Monkey Bread Pizookie's, best part of them is they're made fresh and come out hot and covered in vanilla ice cream! These desserts never miss the target of taste, crispness, and flavor!

I gave 3 starts to the food due to the pizookie otherwiseit would have been 2. The food took over an hour to be served. We ordered Thursday's special. The ribs were cold and tasted funny, the Asparagus was overkilled, dried and not good tasting... so disappointing. See picture. The only saving grace for better rating, again, was the pizookie. I was very disappointed... If you have daily specials one would think they would be prepared to serve fresh sides.... The waitress never came to update us in our food or refilled our waters. 😒 sad, sad, sad
