Stopped here when leaving Montreal. Excellent food, good service. They were much busier than usual, but the customers were all happy, as were we!

Food was great. Service was efficient and friendly. Atmosphere was pretty loud, but still okay to hold conversations. The whole meal was kinda pricey (70$ for 2, but I did take a Steak & Eggs).

Wow! This place is worthy of the hype. Lots of people recommended this breakfast location and it really is amazing. Beautiful ambiance, HUGE portions with lots of variety. They also have HALAL meat options which is a rare find for breakfast places like these. We got a both right away with no wait time on a Saturday for brunch. Food came super fast and the server was polite and delightful. They have decaf on drip too. Very pleased with the service, food and overall experience at this place. Will visit again.

Good food, great portions. A lot of variety is offered, and most plates are in the 10-15$ range. In my opinion, slightly above your average breakfast-specialty restaurant. Coffee (good) refills were offered abundantly. Restaurant is clean, service is fast. Would visit again.

Largely ignored by our waitress, after several attempts had to flag down a bus boy for coffee. Food was decent and large portioned but did not settle well after for 2 of us. On top of which a glass of smoothie tipped over and shattered all over the place - including my sons fruit and were STILL ignored. Finally got napkins and when asked if the cups always break so easily the response was a very indifferent "I don't know they're new". I really wanted to like this place but left feeling nothing but disappointment and would definitely say not kid friendly.

My first experience with a French breakfast. The manager was very helpful in helping us decide what to order, the recommendations were on par and the quality of the food surpassed our expectations. Our server was attentive and helpful and provided excellent service.

I went this morning for breakfast with my friend, I arrived before my friend and waited for 10 to 15 minutes in line for my turn to be seated. When my turn came, the waiter invited me in, I asked for a banquette so, she showed me the next available table and told me to wait until they clean it up. I waited for couple of more minutes, when it was ready, the waitress changed her mind and served the people after me in line and told me when your friend arrives I will seat you. I waited quietly then, she seated the others behind me in line. So, I told her I am here and I will order, my friend is 3 minutes away. She answered carelessly it's her boss that told her to do so. I left quietly... I am wondering if this was a bad service and it stops here? or racism as I am clearly a person of colore?!

My favourite brunch place in south shore. They are super friendly and professional. The food is always great and you dont need to wait half an hour for coffee refills, they just do it for you. The food is always good quality too.

Placing a 1 star review to demonstrate my disgust towards the Petinos chain after my visit in the one located in Griffintown. Waiters and managers are dishonest and malicious. Food is horribly salted Salmon tastes like plastic Fake fresh orange juice Toxic atmosphere None of your workers seem to be accountable nor trustful, which reflects the image of your corporation. The best Petinos I've been to ! Friendly staff, great service and the food is always what you expect, the best! The owner is not only friendly he's funny 🤣! The seats are comfy, the decor is nice... The bathroom is always clean! To discover if you are in Laprairie soon.

Food is good, my chicken salad is usually excellent but this time the chef was not at his best. The others had breakfast, they were all very happy with them. A bit noisy but otherwise a nice place.

Ordered the Petino signature dish, was delicious!!! The potatoes are incredible, the bacon was crunchy and yummy, and the eggs were perfectly made to my specifications. The decor inside was very nice with purchasable art on the walls and the light fixtures were really cute, the whole place looked clean, would highly recommend. Great service, fast to the table!

I went late today around 2:30 and they close at 3. I would say service is good, friendly staff, patience to wait for the last order to kitchen from us. The food I've no comment... because is the late last order... we didn't eat any of the potate.

Food was fried in old grease that had been reused about a hundred times too many.. Home fries were terrible. Not a good choice for anyone who cooks with the best and highest quality oils and fresh butter. Fresh fruit was good. Service was very good.

Quickly received and seated in a bright, clean resto. Friendly and courteous waitress made decaf for me and my meal was ready within minutes. I had the Petinos platter, my eyes were bigger than my stomach! Eggs perfectly prepared and the cretons were fresh and tasty. Served with four kinds of meat along with fresh dill pickle slices and tomato that was ripe and tasted really good. Love it! Will be back!

This is the best breakfast restaurant in whole of Montréal region. I started coming here an year back. And since then I have never been to any other place for breakfast. Eagles, Benedict’s, you name it- every thinking on the menu is absolutely delicious.

Great, busy place. The breakfast is tasty and filling. My son is super picky and even he ate all his pancakes. The service was friendly and bathrooms were clean. I definitely recommend!

Great brunch in La Prairie. The place is big, lot of space. No need to wait a lot during the weekend for a brunch. And parking is provided. Food is good. Traditional. Quality and quantity are friendly.

Petinos is an excellent breakfast restaurant with a nice decor and a friendly service staff. Although they don't bring anything new or out of the ordinary when you compare them to other restaurants of the same style; the execution is perfect, eggs are cooked to absolute perfection and the dishes are well seasoned. I could barely ask for anything more on a slow Sunday morning.

Today was my first time at Petinos and I was very happy with my experience there. Once we were sat down, the waitress promptly showed up with two cups of coffee, gave us a few minutes to glance at the menu, even offered some recommendations, she went above and beyond to try and fix our shaky table, I ended up ordering the Montérégie half waffle with banana drowning in peanut butter, chocolate and English cream, the waffle had a texture similar to that of a cake, it was sweet, but the banana helped cut down on the sweetness a little. The food was great and I would highly recommend!
