Terrible service. We received a gift card to Benny and Co but there is not a location close to us so we drove to La Prairie to use the gift card. The gift card had 30$ and we wished to use the full amount since we did not intend on returning to Benny and Co but the employee made an error and charged 20$ instead causing us to then have to pay the rest in cash. They insist they could fix the error and charge another 10$ to the gift card. There was no manager on site, so they took our information to have the manager call us back. The manager called back and didn’t offer any solution to fix the problem her employee made. Very poor customer service!

I absolutely love this place. The chicken is as good...or even better than any other place I have been to...and that includes Swiss Chalet which I go to here in Ontario. The authentic home style all you can eat chicken noodle soup with the self serve salad bar tops it all off.

My husband and I tried their chicken sandwiches which comes with fries, gravy and coleslaw. The sandwiches we're delicious and their fries and coleslaw were okay. The gravy was way too salty for me. I would try them again!

Meal was good. Everyone enjoyed. Staff was friendly!

This place is just great. Their food is always fresh and soooooo tasty for a great price. I have bought their chicken meal so many times and not once it was unsatisfying. Also, they recently changed the plastic cups they use for chou salads to paper recyclable ones which is great.

This is the place I got all the time to get my classic poutine with chicken I love it there, its special it's a bit too expensive but I really like their chicken the drive through it's ok, can be a bit faster like Tim and McDonald.

Horrible service...missing items on delivery order and no offer to redeliver or credit the meal. Apparently according to the staff that I spoke with there are many errors when ordering online. Will not order again from this location.

Food arrived more than 45 minutes late from their latest estimate… completely cold and mush by the time it arrived. First and last time ordering online from this place.

Hit and miss. Sometimes you get a mountain of fries (which is how it should be given all the rotisserie chicken competition in the area), other times the portion of fries is meh. On top of it, in my order today, they didn't close the lid of the soup container properly so some of it leaked everywhere in the box. This is all through takeout/drive-thru.

Benny Co has become our go-to when in Montreal area when we don't feel like cooking. Tasty and moist rotisserie chicken, good fries and tasty ribs. Good coleslaw and gravy. Friendly and fast delivery. Hard to order online.

Good prices to feed a family of 4, compared to other chicken rotisseries.

First time ever we tried this food, and I was surprised of how good the food was and the atmosphere is fantastic. Even a small playground for kids
