A warm welcome this afternoon (3/10/23) from the ride saleswoman at Jewel. I came to collect a piece of jewelry that has unfortunately broken twice already I am afraid that this will happen again before the end of my warranty but she was very understandable and assured me that even if this were the case, they keep the history of this jewel and that I do not have to worry if this happens again one day.

After having visited all the jewelry stores in La Rochelle and surrounding areas, we decided to come and see the wedding rings at Au manège à Bijoux de Largord. Firstly, we received a very warm welcome, and as a store manager myself, it felt good to be received like that. We had very good advice, excellent listening, and a good dose of laughter. We had a great time with the sales team. The delivery of our wedding rings was very fast, the engraving is superb. We have to wait until September to wear them, but we are very happy with our purchase!

I give it 5/5 because I am very satisfied with this jewelry store. The advisors are very kind and attentive. The jewelry is of very good quality. I have two rings from them that I've worn every day for a few years and they haven't changed. I also have an opal from them (a fairly rare stone) that I love. Thank you jewelry carousel!

Opinion shared. I ordered a necklace, the engraving received was not the one requested, I was told it was pretty (so I would keep it). I had to insist on getting the order. order received, there are a few scratches on the jewelry, I did not insist because I was not comfortable following the first experience.

I went there today to get my daughter's ears pierced. The 2 saleswomen were very pleasant and smiling. The one who took care of my daughter was delicate, she was careful not to hurt her. Happy with my visit. Thank you ladies for your sympathy.

This afternoon I stood in front of the windows for 10 to 15 minutes, 1 saleswoman was with a customer, the other 2 were chatting as if I wasn't there. No one asked me if I wanted anything.

I went there to change the battery of a watch, I came back after a while, the saleswoman told me that she didn't succeed, no worries she gave me back the watch which was new in its box, I realizes in the car that she scratched it on the back, no apology, commercial gesture, I doubt she didn't realize when she tried to open the damage she had caused...
