    This Red Robin had a very friendly waiter that was great, and the food was good. However, the establishment wasn't well managed. There was food and garbage all over the restaurant floor, the waiters and waitresses seemed to be overwhelmed; however, there were at least 5 hostesses standing by the doors, just hanging out and chatting. We unfortunately will not return to this particular Red Robin.

    It's a typical Red Robin. We went in on a Monday afternoon, and it wasn't busy at all. There were only a few other tables occupied other than ours. There were a couple different servers who helped us, but one of them iced us pretty badly for no reason. We never got a refill on our waters. The other server gave us a single refill on our fries, but when the other one came over she didn't ask us if we wanted more nor did she offer to refill the water, and just turned the Kiosk to face us... We were still eating our burgers, and the fries were like half empty. Like I said, it was dead in there. There was a good opportunity to get a good tip from us, as we always tip generously. Not this time.

    We went in for lunch on a Saturday at 11:30am, pretty quiet still as far as number of full tables. We were sat quickly which was nice but it took our waitress about 8 minutes to come ask our drink order. We ordered our food then since we had plenty of time to mull over the menu. About 15 minutes go by and we finally got our drinks, 10 minutes later we have finished our drinks and still haven't received our food. We have to flag our server down (who only had 2 other tables, who were also sitting with empty cups) to request more drinks. 11 minutes after requesting drinks our food arrived. I had asked for no blue cheese on my avo-cobb-o salad, there was remnants of blue cheese within the salad as well as on the side of the plate. It was obvious they had put blue cheese on it then scraped it off, which I know happens and i appreciate that they remedied the mistake, however it seemed as there was no care for presentation or cleanliness. Some of the lettuce in the salad was brown and wilted and slimy, making it difficult to eat. We also had requested an extra plate for our toddler. The plate that we received was chipped and dirty and greasy, looking like it had been under a stove and grease had been baked in. Our waitress didn't stop by to check on things until we had just about finished otherwise we would have brought our concerns to her attention. While we were eating our meal we also noticed that a group of 7 people who came in, stood at the front for approximately 5 minutes without being greeted by a single staff member, then left looking frustrated and disappointed. Looking around the restaurant we saw that there were 4 staff members just talking and visiting near the kitchen, seeming to ignore the customers. The booths and restrooms were dirty, in a way that someone might expect from a busy Saturday night not freshly opened Saturday early lunch. This isn't the first time we've experienced poor service from this red Robin but it will certainly be our last.

    Ok, look, I think we can tell by the amount of five star reviews I give out, that I am easy to please, and can find one reason or another to enjoy a place. So when I say this was bad it isnt an exaggeration. Really all I am looking for is half way decent food half way decent service and you will get at least a 4 star. From the jump our waiter seemed uninterested in our table of four. We sat down and ordered our drinks (some sprites and soda water with lemon) ol'boy came back 6 years later and forgot the lemon... ok no big deal, he wandered off and we didn't see him again till our food was ready, we politely reminded him the lemon, and asked for some ranch, and a new bottle of red robins seasoning, the one on our table was empty. Homie wanders off again, shows up a year and half later with the ranch only, by this time our drinks were empty, but my guy drops the ranch off and bolts back to what ever hole he was hiding in, so my table is getting frustrated, finally I see him coming over and I was like bro, I need the lemon, I need the seasoning, and we all need drinks and napkins can you handle that? He acted literally offended, but in fairness this time did everything I asked. After dropping our stuff off at the table that was literally the last time we interacted with him, like bro, if I could give you a negative tip I would have. Old dude is in the wrong job if bringing a couple lemons, napkins, and seasoning is too much, like seriously RR y'all need to get some new help because looking around I didn't see a single employee that looked like they were happy to be there.

    When I was younger I use to go to Red Robin frequently loved the bottomless drinks and fries. It's a pretty nostalgic burger joint for me. My family and I stopped by here while waiting for our car to get new shoes at Costco. I ordered the Royal red Robin burger medium, egg sunny side up. See photo, it was missing the tomato and the bacon. The patty quality was similar to McDonalds, for the price I would much rather have had Five Guys. Not to mention the people in the kitchen were making a ruckus banging on stuff playing drums. I won't be returning to this place or recommending anyone this establishment.

    Burger was about what I expect from the chain, not the greatest and certainly not customized quite as I'd ordered, but still good and not a waste of time. Service was spectacular, poor lady had to offer us several substitutes due to various unavailability, and still got us some dessert.

    Red Robin has gone downhill so badly. Used to be one of my fav restaurants growing up. Now it's just all around sad. My sis and I went there a couple weeks ago and she had one bite of her burger and the waiter didn't even come by or notice and there were only 3 other tables being occupied in the entire restaurant. The food wasn't good.

    Got here and the wait was 10 minutes. I got scared. After that, simply the best service I’ve had in a long time. Quick ordering! Fast food delivery! My beer was cold! Amazing! Totally enjoyed my lunch! Will be back! 5 star!!!

    This evening we ordered out due to a very fussy daughter. The dasher arrived before the order was ready, and came straight to us. Upon arrival the fries were bland with no seasoning, and cold. The food was wrongly prepared with the wrong ingredients. The sauce that everyone goes to for Red Robin whether dining in or out was non existent. Over all highly unsatisfied with the breakdown in the restaurant tonight from the kitchen to the to-go specialist. Especially as a former manager at another location.

    Thank you for a well prepared, flavorful, and nourishing dinner! I enjoyed the salty, caramelized bite on the brussel sprouts, and I normally stay away from those bad boys. Burger was fresh, tasty and fries..... addictive as always. The cheese and bacon fondue is a must if you are treating yourself, and goes perfectly with all items. To all the kitchen staff, your consistently amazing food is the biggest reason why I will never hesitate to order from Galaxy Drive Red Robin! To all of the service staff, your attention to detail and thoughtful expediting give me total faith in being lazy and staying at home. Great leadership and excellent team! To the delivery driver, thank you for making it all possible!!

    The staff was extremely friendly, engaging, and very pleasant to interact with. My burger was cooked the exact way that I liked, and it was extremely delicious. Devon (sp?) was awesome to interact with and he made me feel welcomed. This was the first time I have been to a Red Robin by myself and honestly felt really welcomed and not awkward like I thought it would be. Might start doing this more often when I have the craving for it and none of my friends are available to eat with me.

    There was trash on the floor at our booth that was stepped over by anybody walking by and it was still there when we left. My wife ordered the broccoli fondue dip. The cheese was served nice and hot -- by itself, almost 15 minutes before the rest of the order -- so it had cooled too much to enjoy. The server took the cheese back to the kitchen for a new serving but took so long to return that the broccoli had gone cold by then. So, we waited some more while they tried to get organized. Good thing I just ordered a salad -- no heat to loose. Our waitress had only been on the job for less than a week, it was the kitchen wait-staff bringing our dishes. Not impressed with the supervisor, either. He felt the need to reprimand our waitress in public while standing at our booth. This establishment needs more training that should start at the top first. To the owner: We have read enough of your "canned" responses to dis-satisfied customer's -- just fix your problems.

    I got a side of broccoli and then the special requests I asked if they could put a scoop of garlic. Instead I got old moldy broccoli...... Good job Red Robin. The burger was good though. If you guys reach out to me and you guys fix this issue I will delete my review

    Place a to go order and arrive at pickup time. I walked into the establishment and waited to be acknowledged by the hostess. She seemed bizzy as she was looking intently at her tablet. People around me were being helped, and the hostess proceeded to help a lady who came in after me. I see my order on the table with my name on it when another customer said my name out loud because they been given my bagand I state, " That's me" and raised my hand for acknowledgment. Everyone there had been helped, and I had yet to even be acknowledged. It wasn't until another employee came over and asked if I had been helped, and I asked if I could take my order. All this time, I was still not acknowledged by the hostess. It was like I wasn't even there. I paused just before I left, and the hostess never even glanced up from her tablet to look at me or even apologize. I never felt more belittled by a fellow human being. To that hostess I did not matter and I don't know if it was because how I looked and she didn't want to deal with me, but it was completely unacceptable and I will not be back if that is the type of service that I will receive

    I'm not sure if this location was understaffed or just not single-diner friendly. I was seated quickly but waited 10 minutes for a server to even acknowledge me let alone take my order. It never happened. I got up and ordered food to go. The hostess who sat me realized there was a problem and promptly took my to go order. The food was good. Hostess did all she could to help customers. Wait staff, 4 of them who passed by me multiple times and made eye contact but said nothing, suck.

    Went to this location at 9:00 pm on a Tuesday night. A little late, but there were still a few patrons eating. We were seated promptly and wait staff were friendly and helpful, although they never asked if we wanted a refill of our never ending sides. I understand that they were close to closing, but man was the place dirty, including our silverware. And as you can see in my photo, there were days old crumbs and debris between the seat cushion and the wall. When I saw this I almost lost my appetite. Yuck!

    I’ve been coming to this restaurant since it opened, I moved away some time ago and have been taking my kids there when in town. Last week was one of those times. The service was terrible, the employees looked terrible in dress. The food was cold and the fries which is supposed to be there number one thing we’re under cooked and cold as well. In a day when there are so many options to choose from you would think customer service would be a number one thing to keep customers as well as good food. After a $150.00 meal and a terrible experience it will be our last time going there.

    Repair and replace broken bathroom parts. I was embarrassed for you! While you're in there, raise the standard a notch or two in cleanliness. If the bathrooms, which the public is able to see, are this dirty, I can only imagine what the kitchen might look like. Just a thought that you may want to keep in mind. The food was great, and the service was extremely friendly and engaging. However, it's a real downer when you go into the restroom and deal with that and come back out with any confidence that our food is being prepared in a clean environment.

    Both the patties on our burgers were burnt. My girlfriend got a chicken patty and It tasted like it was left on a grill for 3 hours. We also got a root beer float and it was literally 3/4 foam

    Food was great as well as our server who I believe was bartending in the bar as well. The only complaints was that there was a 25 minute wait when it didn't seem that busy. However I think there was a lack of servers, and there was a screaming little kid. However, it's a family restaurant so this comes with the territory. Would definitely come back.

    Came in with a party of 7 (4 kids, 3 adults) right at 11 when they opened. Sat down, waited awhile for our drinks to come. Ordered mozzarella sticks and fries as a started… she brought a small basket of these weird crinkle fries for a party of 7. Needless to say they were gone in seconds with the kids all digging in. Waited way too long for a drink refill offer. Asked for ranch to go with my wings which never came. Had to ask a server who wasn’t ours for boxes since I wasn’t able to eat my meal. Oh and the fry refill we requested 20 minutes before we decided to leave also never came until the server saw the irritation on our faces. By far worst service I’ve ever had at a Red Robin! Do better!
