I took my son here for some jeans and Hannah went above and beyond to help us. She was so nice, helpful, knowledgeable on sizing and the style, personable. She spent so much time with us and it meant so much to me because my son felt like a rockstar with his new jeans that fit perfectly when we left your store. Clothes can give you so much confidence and Hannah really knows how to dress people, I was so impressed with her. I honestly thought she was the manager. You need more people working for you at your store like Hannah!!!

I love this store but I could go broke real easy here. They have real earthy clothing that I love.

Some of the fashions in buckle are not my speed, but as a business woman in entertainment I find I am always having to shop for people other than myself too. The customer service in this store is always great, it is nice to feel pampered like you're are the most important person in the store. The mannequins are always dressed so well, I love their outfits, though not their price tags. I wouldn't always dress that way, but I can see one of my models rocking it for a photo shoot.

My wife and I stop almost every time we go to the mall. This particular Buckle has an awesome staff, and the manager is on point either supporting the staff under him or providing service. I am not a huge fashion guy, or a shopper for that matter, but this staff has never been over pushy, and is never puts you in an uncomfortable situation. In my opinion great store.

I love this store, Nicole the manager is absolutely hands down the best person for the job. She helps with picking out clothes, to accessories and shoes. I love my wardrobe from here. So many beautiful sweaters, and the jeans are so cute. Love this place

Amazing experience! I have not gone into a mall store in probably 10 or so years and got new clothes for myself, so I felt super out of my element....but the lady's at the capital mall location were AWESOME! greeted me, offered help in looking for what I wanted, kept my budget im mind and overall made sure I had a great experience. They made me feel good about myself and offered suggestions that would actually work for me. I will for sure be back! Tianna created a great shopping experience and I left the store excited rather than frustrated.

The manager was very helpful. When I could not find what I wanted she ordered what I needed and had it sent to my home. Because of her service and kindness I will be back.

I have been shopping here for years. I don't like shopping for jeans, but the sales crew are expert at fitting my curvy body in the right pair of jeans. Since I'm a little older, I don't want to look like I'm trying to be a teenager and they find styles that work! Everyone is very helpful and super friendly. The jeans aren't cheap, but I have pairs I've been wearing for over 5 years and they still look good, plus hemming is free.

I had a great experience here! One of the female workers asked me what i was looking for and probably brought me about 10 different pair of jeans before i picked 2 to buy.

I LOVE this store!! The staff is 10/10! They’re so helpful and nice!! Everyone greeted me when I was walking around the store and they were ready to help at any moment. When I was trying shirts on in the dressing room, the manager even helped pick out other items I might like! Very happy with the service. ALSO, the set up of the store is adorable! The layout is easy to follow and arranged nicely. Will be returning soon!

Just no Leaving the store in the Capital Mall Olympia. Horrible guest service. Walked around for 10 minutes. Looking for my size jeans. Had some actually asked me how I was they could have led me straight to the section I eventually found. There was six employees standing inside the store. Finally, a guy dressed up as a cowboy asked me which store attendant helped me find my clothes I thought he was joking I said nobody. Come on buckle you can do better.
