    If you are considering tenancy here, be careful of one particular unit in the SA2-27-06 whereby the least competent agent by the name of Patricia and the inconsiderate owner, . Even if it is a 5 over year's building, that particular unit is very well kept because no way anyone stay there over three months. Burnt two months of deposits and the owner insisted more than the contract for other fees. The good took three months to repair, simple sockets to replace over two months and the rest is not done. Worst unit and agent ever. I got this listing through Prop Social. So be careful.

    Nice experience. Lots of restaurants, convenient stores, laundry. Nice environment. Close to mrt Station.

    VERY BAD MANAGEMENT, JOINT MANAGEMENT BODY....GIVING TROUBLE FOR TENANT, MOVED DEC 22, UNTIL MARCH 23 STILL NOT RECEIVED MONEY REFUND FOR MOVING OUT, MCM2 UNREASONABLE REASON.. HATI2 LA, BAD SERVICE, WANT TO COMMENT HAD TO RATE 1 STAR!!
