Well, only not too good for anyone who doesn't own a vehicle. Last time it's flood within this area, the grabcar won't coming to pick you up until the flood recedes. Just the fact to believe it will happen again and find your solution wisely.

This is private housing area. 5 blocks unit. There is 1 gymnasium, 3 playgrounds, 2 convinience store and 1 dobby laundry.

Got security. Which is good. Cant go up without security token. Also have shops at ground floor. But the lift in building B sometimes stuck and wont opened. From resident reaction, they had used to it though...

Good place to stay. But the surrounding here is quite bad because of the old apartments nearby. Need to drive to go to the nearest decent restaurant.

The leakage of big water pipe supply to the resident affect the water pressure, even after been repaired. The water pressure is low. Hardly having shower.

This place is quite(maybe due to sunday) neat & tidy. No hassle from the guard manning the entrance.
