thoroughly
as
it
may
save
families
from
the
circumstances
I
experienced/am
experiencing
as
a
result
of
the
irresponsible
management
system
of
this
Imtiaz
Super
Market
Pharmacy
section, how
critical
it
is
to
understand
the
sensitivity
of
the
issue.
My
mother's
sickness
was
identified
by
a
Psychiatrist
two
years
back,
and
she
was
provided
medication
(i
really,
really
hope
that
someone
from
Pakistan
Health
authority
reads
my
story because
its
IMPORTANT
for
the
well
being
of
the
whole
Pakistani
society)
My
mother
went
to
Imtiaz
Super
Market
Pharmacy
to
buy
the
prescribed
medicine,
but
the
Lady
Pharmacist
(previous)
forbids
her
to
take
it,
instead
telling
her
that
she
does
not
need
anything
at
all,
and
that
Psychiatry
itself
is
nonsense,
and
that
Pharmacists
are
the
same
as
doctors
(the
entire
staff
used
to
call
her
doctor,
and
this
tradition
is
still
going
on
there
current
Pharmacist
entitles
himself
as
a
doctor
as
well
Long
story
short,
My
mother
stopped
taking
medicine
and
everything
was
chaotic
after
it
because
of
that
incompetent,
brutal
pharmacist.
During
the
process,
once
I
went
to
Imtiaz
Store
with
my
father
and
requested
Pharmacist
persuade
my
mother
to
start
psychiatrist’s
prescribed
medicine
as
she
should
(also
gave
Psychiatrist’s
contact
number
so
the
Pharmacist
could
discuss
it
directly
with
the
doctor
how
important
that
medicine
is
for
my
mother’s
health)
over
it
Pharmacist
refused
to
do
anything
saying
“aap
log
tou
mujhe
doctor
samjtay
hi
nahi
ho
why
should
I
help?”
My
mother
died
last
year
in
a
horrible
state
out
of
the
same
sickness
and
lack
of
medication
The
same
culture
is
still
going
on
there
in
Imtiaz
Store
Super
Market,
recent
Pharmacist
also
claims
himself
as
a
doctor,
not
just
that
whole
staff
there
call
him
with
the
same
title,
my
problem
is
not
the
staff
or
the
Pharmacist
the
INSENSITIVE
HEALTH
CARE
CULTURE
IMTIAZ
STORE
IS
STILL
OFFERING
TO
ITS
CUSTOMERS,
my
concern
is
the
safety
of
people,
I
do
not
want
ANY
FAMILY/MOTHER/PATIENT
to
went
through
what
my
family
did.
Today
I
had
to
buy
some
medicine
from
there
and
one
of
the
staff
asked
me
to
take
advice
from
the
doctor
there
(pointing
at
the
new
pharmacist)
I
politely
tell
the
staff
to
stop
entitling
a
Pharmacist
as
a
doctor
because
it’s
not
only
illegal
but
can
also
have
serious
consequences,
one
can
lose
life
because
of
this.
Over
it
I
was
laughed
at,
bullied,
harassed
by
Staff
there
and
the
Pharmacist
himself
(all
men
against
me
one
woman),
I
have
video
proof
where
he
not
only
claims
that
can
and
does
prescribe
medicine,
I
have
his
written
prescription
letter
as
well
I
APPEAL
FROM
HEAD
MANAGEMENT
OF
THE
IMTIAZ
STORE
TO
DO
THE
INQUIRY,
IT’S
NOT
ABOUT
THE
PHARMACIST
OR
THE
STAFF
ITS
ABOUT
DECEIVING
THE
UNEDUCATED
POPULATION
BY
GIVING
THEM
WRONG
IMPRESSION,
this
irresponsible
behavior
can
cause
unrecoverable
damage
to
several
lives.
I
also
want
the
inquiry
of
the
staff
who
bullied
me
alone
woman
because
I
was
pointing
out
their
wrongdoings?
Please
look
into
the
matter
and
fix
it!
