Dirty tables everywhere, ordered a couple drinks to go so we could take them when we were ready, we were kicked out because we ordered take away, while other people were sitting there eating non Starbucks food with no issues! Terrible experience!!!

Possibly the rudest staff I've ever come across. We ordered in English and they proceeded to bad mouth us in french as they assumed we don't speak it. Food was cold. They also blatantly ignored a younger girl on her own after messing up her order three times.

Extremely unprofessional staff, half of the menu is not available, service is so slow you that you have time to miss your flight twice.

Asked for oat milk (this drink is supposed to be just oat milk) she put cows milk no problem just a accident then after I asked for less ice she proceeded to give me a over scoop of ice this Starbucks is crap I expect my drink to be made nice as the prices are outrages!

The staff doesn’t know what they’re selling, the loyalty card is not accepted (only 10% discount). And it took too long to have a cappuccino.

It’s 0836hr, only Starbucks is open for coffee, queue is literally 50 metres long and only 2 staff. Management have gotta either be totally demented or too busy performing brain surgery somewhere.

Queue of 5 people took 30 minutes to take my coffee order and serve me a coffee … and they got it wrong. Definitely the worst unapologetic Starbucks experience I’ve ever had.

They don't offer basic filtered coffee. They have the machine and sign for it, but they are probably just too lazy to make any.

Horrendous coffee, rude staff, extremely bad service. If you’re planning to stay do let them know as I have seen tonnes of customers getting chased out for having to go.

Need to be careful here as staff are very unprofessional and use dirty cups, wasted 10 euro on undrinkable coffee.

I chose Starbucks because I love the coffee and the atmosphere, but this branch is different! Worst customer service ever, the 2 guys at the bar never smiled; I’ve asked for an americano with some cold milk and he just added too much milk… he even didn’t ask. The tables are just so dirty. Disgusting.

Disappointing Starbucks Coffee shop. Dirty without any atmosphere. I am always buying my travel mugs from the airport. Here none available to sell only for decoration.
