Average hotel But consider Lahad Datu prime hotel because of the lack a top hotel locally Only problem is parking because it is located on the shopping centre SERVAY Reasonable room charges with F&B facilities

Do not stay here, find somewhere else. This hotel is terrible and we just came from the Danum Valley Field Centre which is very basic so that says a lot. I've stayed in many backpackers and very basic places around the world and this place is amongst the worst. We stayed in the upgrade king room and the bed was rock hard. The room was dirty, bathroom dirty, an almost empty toilet roll and grimy shower. Laundry does not operate on the weekend (go down the road for a nice laundromat). Reception staff were less than helpful. Construction on the building started at midnight on a Saturday, and despite numerous noise complaints it just got louder and louder. 5am on a Sunday morning saw the constant banging of a hammer or something on the walls. The only positive I can give for this place is it's location, which is quite central, however most of Lahad Datu is easily accessible so I wouldn't bother with this place. Avoid at all costs, find somewhere else

Generally the hotel was good. Except renovation work which was not informed in advance to the guest. I am having online meeting interupted with the situation that last for few hours.

Clean and cosy atmosphere. Strategic location, close to shops and restaurants. They provide WIFI in all rooms although the service is rather slow. Staff are attentive and helpful.

Check in was super fast - thanks to online booking made days prior to our stay. Ample parking, convenience store at ur walking distance. ATM closed by. Recommended. Btw, the room was clean and decent.

For some reason, I felt incredibly at home in this hotel. The beds are extra comfy and I had the three best nights sleep I had during my whole trip in Malaysia! The hotel staff are very welcoming and helpful also. Location is in a new suburb of Lahad Datu, very safe area with plenty of restaurants and amenities close by.

Located close to Servay Hypermarket, grocery stores and restaurants. This makes it easier for customers to buy something they need during their stay. The hotel does not provide a special parking area. Customers have to fight with cloud people to park their vehicles. When I stayed here with friends, breakfast was provided as a menu of various options. The food is also delicious. Overall, the cleanliness in this hotel is satisfactory, there are only various areas that need to be focused on, especially the toilets next to the restaurant and hall. The service provided by the employees is friendly and simple. This hotel is also suitable for family or community events.

It was my first and unforgotten experience travelling by bus at night during Festive season. Who expected that Hari Raya falls on 2nd May? And so was I. I bought my bus ticket to Lahad Datu at Terminal Bus Inanam two days before. Since there was no more tickets sold from Sunday day till Monday. Buses were all full accept a third bus scheduled to travel at 8pm. So I have no other option and bought the ticket. The time I've waited had arrived. My daughter and her husband and child drove me to Inanam Terminal Bus. I rode the third bus feeling happy that soon I will be at my hometown. The bus started it's journey and the bus conductor came to me asked my destination place, I told him at Bandar Sri Perdana. Later I dozed off. It was in Telupid I was awakened. I began to think if the restaurant at Fajar and Bandar Sri Perdana opened as it was the 2nd day of Hari Raya. And just to confirm it, I searched from Google if Akbar Restaurant at Fajar Lahad Datu opened but sadly it was closed. And I searched for Rumpun Selera which was located at Bandar Sri Perdana opened but it was also closed. A deep feelings of worriness crept in my heart. I thought to myself, where should I go? I have no one to fetch me. My brother and sister already went to Kota Kinabalu. I imagine how I walk alone to my house which was far from the town or perhaps I sat infront of the closed restaurant in the cold night waiting until day light. And I have another option to wait outside the Perdana Police Station but were they on duty? My options left me unanswered. Then I remembered "My Inn Hotel". I searched Google the Hotel and it was opened. And fortunately the bus stopped at Vocational School, Segama and I hurriedly walked to the bus driver telling him to drop me at My Inn Hotel. The bus driver agreed. So I went back to my seat and Google back My Inn Hotel. I called and there was a voice of a man. I told him that I need to drop by since I have no one to fetch me. It was 2am in the morning. He told me they were closed and no more checked in allowed. I told him that I just want to wait there until morning. Then he understood my situation and told to come. I was so happy that I was permitted to wait there until morning. And the bus dropped me at the main road just accross My Inn Hotel. I took my luggage and bag pack and crossed the roads. I tried to find way to that hotel and luckily I saw a narrow path so I followed it was pedestrians shortcut to Survey Hypermarket beside My Inn Hotel. At last I reached the Hotel and there was a guy seated outside the hotel door. I said "Hello" and he asked me if I was the one that called him and I said "Yes" He invited me to wait at the Lobby and told me that there's a socket for mobile phone charging. We chatted a while and I went in. I looked at my watch it was another four hours till day light. I rested myself. Morning came, it was 5.30am. I looked outside through the glass door but decided to go out from there 15 minutes before six. I looked again my watch, it was fifteen minutes before six so I carried my luggage and back pack and walked to the reception. I thanked the staff for his kindness. And told him if we meet some other time, will have cup of coffee. I said goodbye to him and walked out the door. I really happy that I was allowed to wait in the Hotel. In my desperation at least there was a place where I can stay safe for few hours. I walked not far from Survey Hypermarket, in a distance I saw a taxi coming towards me. It stopped and the driver asked me where do I go. I told him that I was on my home. He asked him again if I checked in the Hotel. I said "No" I waited there till morning since nobody fetched me. So I asked him if he can drive me to my house. He nooded and he drove me to my house. At last "Home Sweet Home". I rated 5 star for Room although I didn't stay overnight but my son stayed there early of the year and I asked him how was the room. He told me it was good and comfortable.

Seems like the only hotel within the area. Close to makan place, right next to supermarket and other commercial shops. No dedicated hotel parking but youcan surely find a spot around the hotel. Located next to the main road so you might hear vehicles noises for sensiti ears. No fridge in the room.

Comfortable rooms & good staff. Provides free but mediocre breakfast, I'd recommend going to nearby shops instead. Good location near many commercial shops... But very noisy at night thanks to the nearby road, which apparently also doubles as a racing track.

Everything is okay, EXCEPT the breakfast. Oh my gawd, not worth it. Tasteless... Coffee is sourish. Room is clean, staffs are friendly, water pressure okay, hot water okay. There is hypermarket nearby (1 minute walk).

Small room, near to main road, location wise is convenient, but a bit noisy. No refrigerator in room. Price consider high for this standard. One of the best hotel in Lahad Datu.

The room is clean. Shower is good. Comfortable room. Strategic place, but parking is quite poor. Breakfast is not bad, but food taste plain. Salt is too expensive probably. Anyway, this place is not bad.

The noisiest hotel in town Every night between 11:00 in the evening and 3:00 in the morning young people are having a party on the street with loud music and motorcycle races. If you want to sleep at night I definitely advise against this hotel And it really doesn't matter in which room you will stay, the noise will be the same and the hotel staff say nothing can be done about it
