Reasonable good. They need to focus more on cleanliness and better beds. My backache is almost gone. Had my first sitting 3 weeks back.

Very poor experience. Compromised hygiene. No guidance whatsoever. Just casual discussions going on within the session about petty worldly matters. This is a very spiritual process which requires some peace and quiet environment. There was no feedback to the patient as well between the session. Just heads down, cups on and then you just feel them coming off. Was handed over my shirt while my blood was still coming out. Extremely disappointed. I understand it’s a business but unfortunately this one is just with money making attitude, not catering to the true cause. I will not recommend this place to anyone. Edit: *The discussion I have referred to was NOT between the patient, but between the people assisting the patient in cupping process. It was NOT with the patient asking if they are feeling dizzy or not.*

Have been visiting this facility for last 8 years on and off and it always made me even more healthy and free from any other medications. The good thing is my pain is relieved for a number of months before I have to visit again. Also, I believe one must visit regularly to fulfill this beautiful and simple Sunnah.
