Bad. Just plain bad. Very pricey. Below average service. I had asked for a gel manicure, but i was given just the gel nail polish application. The basic pedicure was over before it even started. They soaked my feet in lukewarm water for a few minutes, filed my nails, applied a scrub for 2 minutes and then applied some generic cream. Very little massage. I couldn't see any products that they used. The girls kept talking to themselves. They were lazy and didn't want to show different colours. Compared to other salons, this was abysmal. Regular salons do proper pedicures. They massage and apply various products to soothe the feet. This establishment offered an apology of a pedicure. The girls kept talking to each other and weren't paying attention. Basic pedicure was pkr 2000. Gel nail polish application 3000. Will definitely not be going back. And highly NOT recommended.

This is my gel manicure after 6 days.I have had gel nails done from plenty of places and none have chipped away after 6 days...bad service..never going back or recommending the place to any1.

DO NOT get your gel nails from here, acrylics or a manicure either. My gel nails chipped literally a few hours later and have been terrible (I have gotten nails done from several places and never experienced this). I even gave Nail Bar a second chance, but the same thing happened. My bestfriend’s acrylic nail fell out two days after application as well. 1. They do not know how to prep nails & neither do they know how to give a solid manicure. It’s overpriced and their workers are clearly undertrained and nobody is maintaining the services they are providing. 2. I had to take the paintbrush and paint my own nails because she couldn’t make a simple design. I still paid the full amount. The owner seriously needs to spend more time overlooking the staff and please TRAIN THEM PROPERLY! They don’t even know the basics of doing nails or manicures.

Do not get your nails done by these people I went here for gel nail paint on eid and after i done with the nail paint very next it chipped and i told her she stared blaming me and telling me i will not fix it i have too many work to do then i went to her saloon again her guard was pushing me and harassing me The owner has poor work ethics.highly not recommended the owner is so bad and she was abusing me very loudly and misbehaving please guys dont waste your heard earned money on them more over her untrained and she do this to alot of people at the same time theres was a girl she was upset and the owner started shouting on her and saying ‘nikalo isay nikalo’

Loved my gel nails manicure!!!

Did not apply nail polish properly. The pedicurist kept using the pedicure tools to fix her own nails. When I called to get the nail polish fixed, they said I have to go in and they'd consider fixing it if they decided it was their fault otherwise I would have to pay for it.

Got an appointment for 3pm on Sunday after calling on Friday. Arrive at 3 the place hadn’t even opened. The receptionist denies giving an appointment and suggests I return after 40 mins. No respect for other peoples time. Don’t give appointments if you don’t open at 3. Waste of fuel and time. Also 2 flights of stairs with no elevator.

I’m giving 2 stars because they had great professional service but the quality of the work is not good, 1 star for quality. My nails were not properly treated during the manicure and were buffed too thin. I got gel nails and after 1 day, 1 nail broke from being too thin, and after 2 days the rest started to chip. I’ve never had this happen before. I had to cut my nails down myself at home to try to save it. The technician didn’t know what she was doing. Don’t offer services you can’t stand behind

I went to their DHA branch and paid for a pedicure. I was shocked to see that it was nothing like the pictures. There was no AC, the existing clients were given pedastal fans!!! FR And the woman at the reception had no interest in guiding me about packages

Poor customer service, priority given to ladies who are friends with the staff. Incorrect pricing on website, had to pay more in salon than what was mentioned on website for the service selected. Tools used for acrylic nail removal were not clean and were being passed around. Some clients were Vaping inside and this seemed to be acceptable. Do not reccomend unless you have a lot of time and patience.

The workers are extremely unprofessional and rude. The nail chipped the very next day lol i asked her to fix she said ye koi tareeka nahi hai ap bar bar uth k ajain. Wow the unprofessional and the audacity i want to slap on her face but i stayed calm and replied to her k please be professional tameez se bat krna seekhen The other worker fixed the nail but rest of the nails came off in 3 days lol. Zero quality and charges are so high. This salon should be closed

I love The Nail Bar By Anisha. Each technician does an excellent job. The atmosphere is quiet and peaceful, accompanied by comfortable furniture. They take walk-ins and appointments so it’s always easy to get a chair. Very accommodating and wonderful staff. 10/10

Wonderful service! Absolutely the best nails salon I’ve been too! You walk in and they greet you and when you are seated they ask if you would like something to drink! I’ve never had that kind of service at any other salon anywhere!! My nails look great and I am highly satisfied! :)

came here with my cousin, mina. The staff, saima and tania were exceptionally accomodating. They heard about our worries and ensured that we are taken care of. every penny here was worth it. Saima and tania are leading the place like an example!

Pretty overpriced, was quoted a different price on WhatsApp and when I showed up they doubled it. Add a lot extra for simple nail art designs too. Not worth it imo.

The worst acryllics ever. I got acryllics for Rs 7500 with ultra shine polish on the 14th of january 2024.After two days only , the index finger nail came off from tips despite being ultra careful in handling. The next day my thumb nail broke off. And on the 5th day my pinky nail gel chipped off from the base. I had to travel outstation immediately the next day of the treatment otherwise i would have had a very serious word with them for such poor quality work!! And worst of all, as i had work based travel, I have been attending meetings etc with pathetic looking broken nails as I cannot remove the rest of the nails and gel myself. Im so extremely disappointed for wasting time and money and ending up with terrible looking broken nails during work travel within 2 days of getting acryllics! I am going to post a warning on all my pages and social media not to get acryllics from them!
