Went here for my daughter’s 19th birthday. On a Monday around 3:30pm. Now we know they aren’t very busy at this time. My daughters cup was empty over 3 times. We only got one order of breadsticks and I had to request for more. Server kept asking if things were good but wouldn’t take the empty plates. I even stacked them myself so we had room for our desert. Very disappointed in the customer service. Food was amazing if it would have matched the service than 5 stars. We won’t be coming back due to the service.

Food was awesome, our waitress went above and beyond! Truly stellar! All of this after we got there at 9:30pm, late, so we were all really glad! Taking a star off because no one from the restaurant *staff* was wearing a mask.

Been awhile since I've been here, but decided to make this my dinner place for veterans day. As always, it did not disappoint. And I'm grateful that the Olive garden has a special menu for veterans on this day. Food was great as usual and service was outstanding.

Great dinner experience last night! Our server was Tyler and it was one of his first days, but how lucky for us because he provided awesome service. Everything was hot and delicious. We ended up placing a to go order as well and the staff had it ready in plenty of time so we weren't sitting around waiting for it...but then we stayed and chat chatted for a while anyways after we finished our meal. The staff never attempted to rush us out! Tyler waited a moment while we taste-tested everything that was delivered to our table to make sure we were happy with it. It was a very enjoyable girls night!

The food was horrible. They said they had no lasagna. The lettuce was old , soft ,and brown it wasnt fresh. The food was missing breadsticks. It came with no paper towels, cheese, mint ,and silverware. Olive garden USED to be one of my favorite restaurants ,not so much now. Not going to be coming here anytime soon.

The food was really good but I did not like the service whatsoever We were not asked if we wanted refills! I asked for boxes when I was ready to leave and the girl that was our server did not bring the boxes or even bothered to say have a good night! some other random person bought them and then on top of that he did not even bring me a bag to put my multiple plates in and on top of that I did not even get any of the chocolate mints! I will be going to the North Lakeland Olive garden next time!

The manager on duty, Billy Davis, needs to be retrained in many areas. He doesn't know what he is doing. Even his staff knew he wasn't doing the job. We were told 45 minutes, we were seated 1 1/2 hours later, because of his lack of knowledge of how to seat people. On a good note, Meagan, our waitress, was wonderful. She knew her job and did it perfectly. She would be a wonderful manager.

We love the atmosphere, the service, and especially the food, but when you get charged 14.00 for just 3 ice teas, I have to give it a 3 star. Plus I thought I'd save but by just getting soup without the salad, but it was only 50 cents less. My grandson got spaghetti and 4 nice chicken tenders for 6.99 on the kids menu, more then enough for an adult! So that was great. Lunch at 10 dollars is reasonable. So we were expecting 40.00 plus anyways for 4. The charge for the drinks just killed it, plus only a 50 cent savings by not getting the salad. Could of got the salad and took it home I guess? We always loved olive garden, but will be more careful on what we order if we ever go back.

I actually just did a survey before I left bc Alissa was amazing and I usually don’t have any issues with my food. But I get home to eat my pasta fagioli soup and the bowl is 3 quarters full. Next to no pasta. Pretty saucy and not much else. As well as, taste a little watered down 😏 I’m dissatisfied with this food. hope they do better with the soups in the future

For me, Olive Garden is a consistently good Italian restaurant. I had a toasted ravioli, Italian, margarita, and of course the breadsticks with Alfredo dipping sauce. My friend got the endless soup and salad and was a bit disappointed with her soup. Too much broth not enough substance.

My calamari was so overcooked that it would break with the fork and they were super dry. I ordered the shrimp scampi tastes ok considering it’s what I always order but the asparagus was just the ends of it making the dish not as delicious. My server was super sweet, friendly and attentive.

I’m not the type to only post reviews when it’s bad. I was hoping to post a good review. This was the worst restaurant experience I have had in a long time. We ordered a classic dish on their menu. It was a lasagna and chicken Parmesan. The menu said the lasagna was fresh but the waitress told us it was a frozen meal heated up and it literally cost $20. Second we ordered a soup and when we were served they gave us dirty spoons with literally lip marks on them!!! I couldn’t make it up and of course when I mentioned it to the staff they just quickly swapped it out and no apology then I mentioned it to my waitress and she literally acted as if I said nothing and just walked away. Then when we get the bill instead of taking something off they charged us for EXTRA DRINKS BY ACCIDENT! Then to top it all off the waitress picks up our dirty plates and drops one and sauce splashed all over our table and literally just kept it moving like nothing happened! Insane and unacceptable for even a chain place. We still tipped the waitress generously because that’s how she lives but I’ll never ever come back here. Save your self some trouble and just go to Grill smith in the same plaza it’s cheaper and 10xs better.

The Watermelon sangria drink was extremely flavorful. The ziti was cooked to perfection and had the crispy cheese on top. The strawberry cake was airy and light with the perfect amount of sweetness. So good that I ate all. Ost all of it before remembering to take a photo.

Salad was very fresh with great flavor. Fettuccine Alfredo was delicious, as was the spaghetti with meat sauce and Italian sausage. Our server, Walt, was pleasant and professional with a sweet personality. Definitely will be back.

Food was good as always. We did have to wait halfway through the meal for the breadsticks. Our waitress was great. It wasn’t her fault the breadsticks weren’t ready in the kitchen. Though I did see a lot of people getting breadsticks a good 5 minutes or more before us… so not sure about why.

Fabulous staff and the Italian Margarita was so good. These people were amazingly helpful and worked diligently just days after Hurricane Ivan. Kudos to this Olive Garden! And yes, the soup and salad was perfect.

My grilled chicken seemed to be a bit rubbery. My server was great. She went above and beyond to provide good service.

The food and service was delightful. I cannot express how grateful I was on how the staff helped me with my mom. She is elderly and I did not even have to ask for them to open the doors for me. There was 2 of them at the hostess station that walked over to the 2 doors and held them open for us!! This group of people put a new meaning to hospitality!!! Kudos 👏 for them!! Thanks Olive Garden for making our lunch date affordable and delightful!!! We will be back!!

Monday evening took my family out for dinner everything was excellent server was awesome. Hostess was very pleasant

My all time favourite American chain. We were in florida for 31 days and must have dined in olive garden at least 10 nights! It's a shame that the menu has been changed with some key favourites removed. But nonetheless it still has the best salad and 5 cheese marinara. We will be back
