    Best Taco bell ive ever been to. I go here regularly. Yummy in my tummy! Then beef burrito in the turlet! PS: SHAME ON TACO BELL FOR DISCONTINUING THE VEGGIE BURRITO. I know theres not much the employees at this specific location can do about it, but what an injustice to the die hard turlet destroyers who dine at taco bell every day.

    I've been going here fa years. I live 3 mins from here. The girl that took my order told me to come inside to get it. I was at the drive thru. I ordered 2 Taco party packs. She waits 5 mins to tell me that I have to come inside and retrieve my order. Never have I been told to come inside. I've always gotten my party packs at the window. I get there is a labor shortage, but during the pandemic, I always got my party packs in the drive thru. Then I asked for a refund because why go thru the drive thru if I have ta go inside to get my food. The girl that took my order had an attitude and then the girl that was a manager took 10 minutes to do the refund and said it would take 10 business days ta get my money back. I'll never come back. Cause the drive thru aint the drive thru, its the window you pay at and then you have to get out and go in to pick up your food.

    Our whole order was a mess. Ordered two Doritos tacos but they gave us a regular. Ordered the new cheesy shredded beef dipping taco and what they gave us instead was some dry shredded beef on a Doritos taco shell!! What the heck? If you don’t have an ingredient please tell the customer don’t give them something awful. My Mexican pizza wasn’t cut at all. The grilled cheese steak burrito was mainly rice with 3 pieces of steak and tons of sauce. Really sad cause last few visits have been awful. I reached out and never got a response. I’ve yet to try the new taco (how it’s supposed to be made) I give up 🤷🏻‍♀️.

    Came to redeem a coupon I recieved from corporate because of an issue at another location. They wouldn’t take it because they’re a franchised location. Your customers don’t care if you are franchised or not. I obviously was not going to go back to the location that messed up, and I wasn’t going to return to Taco Bell at all but because I recieved the coupon it incentivized me to return. But because of this experience I will not be returning at all.

    I was sent here to pick up an order for Door Dash and when I pulled up, the employees (3 of them) were actually right outside the door smoking weed! Once inside, the customer's order hadn't even been started, in which I stood there for a good 10 to 15 minutes before someone even waited on me! One word: GHETTO!

    Just stopped in there to order a late lunch and the lady near the checkout looked at us 5 times but never offered to take our order. I guess they just want everyone to use the damn kiosks? We left. Westside cafe has excellent service and food at better prices so we’ll head there instead

    Staff wasn't very professional at all, as several employees were on their cell phones and sitting out in front of store smoking a cigarette. Didn't even see her wash her hands upon returning to work area behind counter. 🤮🫢 Also, I will be over the moon on the day that any Taco Bell gets my simple order correct on the first try. Always, always, ALWAYS CHECK YOUR ORDER FOR ACCURACY AND COMPLETION BEFORE YOU LEAVE!!!

    I don't normally leave a negative review! However this time I couldn't resist! I live 5 mins away! The food was cold, they messed up on the wrong nacho fries and THE FOOD WAS COLD! I tried calling for a re-cook/refund, however not surprisingly they didn't answer! Come on guys!

    Be sure to check your food before you leave and if you have to call and speak with a manager just to address and/or make them aware of something expect horrible customer service or for them to make you feel as if your lying or not a valued customer. One of the worst experiences I have ever had at a Taco bell. I would rather drive all the way back to the Taco Bell on the corner of Pipeline and Precinct line Rd in Hurst, TX. Best customer service and food quality is what you pay for at that location.

    It is very rare to experience genuine service in hospitality these days, let alone in Fast Food. I want to send kudos to this location, as I have always had a great experience. The staff is friendly and kind I always feel confident ordering/visiting this location. Whoever is managing this location - you are killing it! Great Job and what an amazing team you have on board. - D

    This Taco Bell has employees that are truely good employees. I haven't had a bad experience and like going to this location. They take care in how they respond to you and how they handle your order. In this day and time, all of that is greatly needed and appreciated!

    Need to be more courteous to the drive through and not be so rude and the hospitality of the environment wasn't pleasant for having such a long line. Please don't be rude to paying customers who give u service in completion to other surrounding places to dine because I skipped the line left and then came back 2hrs later and the service was still awful..

    The machine to take orders on messed up at the very end and wouldn't let me order, but besides that good service and food for what it's worth. I visited Sunday and was greeted by a nice cashier. Didn't catch her name 😔

    Employees everywhere, walking around like zombies, ignoring customers, chilling outside, I’ve never seen anything like this before. The same for the drive thru. I had to ask myself, was this Taco Bell or a hang out. This store is too nice for the service an employees to be sooo whatever you want to call it.

    Worst experience I’ve ever had anywhere!! I had ordered the new seven layer nacho fry and they only put cheese on it and also the nacho fries were still frozen in the center I called up there and ask to speak with a manager I got transferred to a cook and he even said he was a cook not the manager then he gave the phone back to the same girl who had taken our order who might I add was on her phone trying to take orders through the drive-through and put the order wrong multiple times which we corrected because we can see it on the screen. Who then proceeded to tell me I was lying, and that I have no proof of any of this and hung up on me. As well as I paid with cash but I had in my purse and then the rest on my card and they charged me the full amount on my card which I did not see until I had got home and they told me that they didn’t have any receipt paper to give me a receipt when I asked for one. I don’t recommend this location. They always get the order wrong as well as always have attitude, no matter what time of day or how nice you are or not and very unhelpful with any problems you might have or even if they made a mistake they will tell you you are lying. Also I would like to say that we have had problems with this location multiple times from customer service to orders being wrong and completely getting a different order as in one time they gave us a DoorDash order and we kept telling them it wasn’t Ours. This is the location that is closest to where I live and we would go there but after so many times we now go to a completely different location that yes is further but worth the drive especially with this is how this location is ran

    food is so good I was offered a Mexican pizza by an employee the way he likes them instead of meat and beans in middle we put chicken and Mexican rice in middle and same sauces on top it was so good they should add it to the menu

    The trash container was near the door and was the first thing I noticed because it was overflowing. They must have had a big lunch run. I always liked Taco Bell because the crunchy taco were crisp. Today they were soggy. I couldn't believe how soggy they were. The bottom of the shell totally disintegrated. The crunch and crispiness have left Taco Bell.

    I have to commend this location for hiring some new people and really turning this place around. There has been a positive shift in employees! I’m here so much delivering they know my name, they know what my order is too so they always pack it full and it’s appreciated and noticed :). Also shoutout to Amiya for being so young with such a good work ethic 👍🏻. First to greet me when walking in the door in a while.

    Worst nightmare experience as a dasher picking up an order. I witnessed them ignoring a customer who was missing part of their order, made me come inside to wait even LONGER after I'd already waited 20 minutes in their drive thru. There are eight customers here in the lobby atm, and every one of us is having a bad time. If you're really hungry and this is the only place open late, consider just going to bed hungry. As I am typing this, the manager came out and apologized to us for the wait. She told us that her line crew is incompetent tonight.

    This is the best Taco Bell to go to in the Westside of Fort Worth area! I had received the wrong order and drove about 20 minutes away to my destination. Unfortunately I didn't follow the number one rule for drive thru, which is checking your order before you leave the parking lot. I was a little irritated when I got home and noticed I did not get the right order what so ever. I tried to call the store numerous times, no one answered, so I finally caved in and drove the 20 minutes back and waited through the drive thru line again. Anyways to make a long story short every team member at this location is awesome! They listened to my complaint and fixed it right away with a smile despite my attitude I had. However there were two crew members that were especially helpful and exceeded my expectations beyond belief, which were Cameron G and Anytria S. They were compassionate, eager to find a solution, and just all around greatness. The night / overnight crew is the best here! Please give them all raises, they truly deserve it!

    This Taco Bell is horrible . ZERO STARS ! Tonight I had to give my food back thru the drive thru 3 times because they kept messing up my order when it’s clear what I had on the receipt . Plus the food was cold . This is the worst one to go to. It’s bad enough I stay in the hood but dang they even make the food horrible like it’s coming straight out the hood 🤦🏽‍♀️ Down town Taco Bell taste AMAZING . I will be driving all the way across town just to get some good food.

    This place has really gone downhill lately, and it used to be my go-to for Taco Bell. Not sure what happened. Ordered for for 3 people dine in, and the guy behind the counter just dumped all items in one giant sack for Togo. We all had to sit at a table and dig through unlabeled food items, opening everything to get everyone their own food. Everything got touched by everyone.

    I ordered the new Cheesy Jalapeno Mexican Pizza. I opened my box and it was a hot mess. I ordered the Mexican pizza with extra meat and all I got inside of the taco shells was meat down the middle. The top of my pizza was just thrown together.

    If I could give this 0 ⭐️ I would.Worst staff and horrible customer service I have ever experienced. They messed my things up and had me wait for 30 minutes just being lazy and hateful didn’t offer me a discount for troubles. Told me I could order in person but he wouldn’t give me the same code I was offered on the app. Even tho it was the apps fault and not mine. Will not be back here just disgusting 😡
