Had my prescription sunglasses ordered here today. Ayat the practice manager was super friendly and knowledgeable and very patient with me in answering all of my questions and choosing the right sunglasses. my wife also had a great experience and is very happy with her specs. Definitely will come back and recommend to my family and friends.

Went in for an eye check-up at In One Healthcare. Serena who did my eye examination was fantastic. She did a very detailed examination and explained everything. Gulsum and Ayat are super friendly and helped me so much in choosing the perfect glasses that best suited my needs. Overall very professional and friendly service, I would highly recommend to anyone.

Extremely happy with the service at InOne Healthcare. Dr Stephanie was very great with her service as she explained everything without the pressure of purchasing glasses. I selected some sunglasses and Ayat took her time with me and showed me what really suited my face and personal style. I will definitely return here in future.

Can't speak highly enough of team at In One Healthcare clinic. Ayat practice manager and the team who run reception are wonderful and regularly go above and beyond as part of their normal interaction/routine with clients. Ash Physio has a way of quickly making you feel at ease while providing exceptional care. I find his willingness to discuss and explain at length the why's & how's of the exercise program he recommends for your recovery reassuring and get a sense he's really invested in my wellbeing. I've dealt with many clinics over the years and these guys have by far been the best! You're never just a number with these guys. Highly recommend them, even for kids. A+ for me.

Such an awesome place with a team that is efficient and cares. I had a issue with my eye and the big name eye clinics couldn't see me as they was booked out. This place was booked but listen to how bad my pain was and squeezed me in. Selina the eye lady who saw me was very good and found the issue with my eye right away.. if I left it i could of gone blind. I had the issue repeat after 6 weeks and again they saw me on the same day with a follow up appointment the following. On my appointment for the follow up my eye was worse and selina found me a spcialist for the eye as a same say emeegency appointment. She had to call 5 places to me seen, but she didnt give up or just refer me and then make me find the appointment my self. Thank you so much.

I have been seen in one healthcare for the 3-4 months for my child who is under the NDIS. The speech therapist Kendal and the physio Ash have been amazing. Their customer service and support is fantastic and I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs therapist.

For both Laura & Arrigo D`Angelo service has been very poor. I have followed up several times with Ayat Al Qassim, Practice Manager, as well as speaking with Ashwin, in relation to recommendations in OT reports, with no follow up and no resolution. Mind you, In One Healthcare has been fully paid for this service and has not followed through. Do not use In One Health for Occupational Therapy.

I had an eye check done with the team at InOne and I had a wonderful experience. The optometrist was very throughout and helped me achieve a script that gave me better than 20/20 vision. Came in to get my eyes checked out. Amazing place and very up to date technology. Dr Mohammad is very professional and intelligent. He did an amazing job examining my eyes and gave me all my results and recommended what is best for me.

Amazing Physiotherapy service. Samuel treated my cervical spinal issue and provided outstanding patient care and support during my rehab. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a down to earth physio who answers your questions and provides a plan for recovery. Dr. Mohammed and Dr. Stephanie treated my eye condition and very professional. The front reception are amazing.
