Magnificently built located a few kilometres away from downtown and housed a 15th century solid gold image of Buddha inside the praying hall. A large golden chedi stands tall inside the compound. From the compilation of building structures and image existence this place is definitely an antiquated oldie. It's grandeur gives a feeling of calmness and inner peace. Glad to have a chance to stumble upon this piece of heritage.

Located in a quiet, semi rural setting, the Wat is tranquil and colorful the very relaxed dogs, cats and chickens adding to the experience. I cycled the 6 km from Lampang centre, an easy ride on flat roads.

Beautiful temple with 20 small pagodas which give local name of this temple. P.S. "Sow"means twenty in Northern Language.

I love the temples to visit them is so calming and relaxing then to sit and meditate to feel the atmosphere of your surroundings is an awesome feeling make merit and talk to monks is a great time

I think this place is a little bit overrated. There’s nothing special to see there. On pictures, Chedi look really big but in reality they are really small ! The temple was under renovation too, so we could go inside !
