Bed is comfy. But cleanliness… that pile of dust is what I scrape from the toilet exhaust fan.. I think it hasn’t been cleaned since build? Overall it’s ok, if you don’t mind to clean the AC filter yourself.

Fully booked and no amenities. Staff was not very friendly. Internet was extra and they had the bad manners to post the cost of any damaged items in the back of the tiny closet., They didn't provide soap or shampoo. They had one pump bottle which they said should be used for hands, hair and shower

staff was very nice and helpful but the room wasn't that good like it look stay on the 5th floor got flooded. The staff changed room for us to VIP room look really nice but the bed moving and make loud noise everytime you move. I guess it wasn't our luck stay in this hotel. It not hotel for someone that bad sleeper like me

Very nice welcomed. Not on the road so quiet, with a little terrace, protected car park. Space to seat and have a coffee.

Good room (either superior&standard). Very nice staff Far from the main area,but if you rent a bike that would be fine!

Nice and clean room for only 500 Bht per nice,for the traveller who drive car to Chiangmai to relax one night.

In the middle of the town easy to get from place to places The room quite clean

Big rooms close to places to eat Reasonable clean but had to clean aircon filters in shower but i find this in most hotels you stay in Asia but made cooling the room down a lot easier

Hated this hotel!! Walls are so thin you can hear your neighbors. Noise from outside seems to make its way into the room. Shower didn't work properly. Sliding door didn't close fully and was left open when I check in.

Hotel opened in 2016 and it has not been cleaned or repaired since opening. Beds are worn out, shower is not hot , towels with holes, no soap, loud rooms, and a bad location.

.. clean, simply equipped hotel and friendly staff 👍
